This really is a scam . I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. I requested an elephant plush toy in february and did not receive it. I contacted them and they said they will send again but I have not received anything yet. I tried to contact again but now their email address is blocked or something ,it says address does not exist. Such liars .

I placed an order in October 2017 and still have not received merchandise.. I have e-mailed them several times and asked for refund no response

What a joke i order an elephant chair in feb and in may email them cause it didnt arrive they promised to send a other one at no charge. Well still haven't got it after 4mths .my daughter is heartbroken. Try to email again only for it to say that the email address dont exists .what a joke classy ella u can go and choke on my $4.95 and i will try ppl not to order from u

If I could do no stars I would!! What a joke. I had the same experience as everyone else. I ordered stuff in January. Emailed in March and again in May. Got responses "we re-shipped your item", "here's your tracking number", "once it leaves China we can't track it anymore, but it will be delivered by your local post office". It's now August and the email doesn't exist anymore. Luckily I only ordered the "free" products so only lost about $10, but it's the principle!

So, based on all these other reviews, I can comfortably say that Classy Ella has another site called fancyeva.com. Which means that fancyeva.com is a scam as well. I reallyyy wish I had known that before I ordered “free” elephant chairs from them (paid shipping of about $9 total). Here’s to hoping they’ll actually arrive, though I don’t have much hope. But oh well, you live and you learn I guess.

I ordered 2 things before I goggled reviews and never received my items. I asked for tracking numbers but the numbers they gave doesnt track anything. I asked for money back and they just kept saying they would resend the items. Today I emailed asking again for my money back and received a message through gmail that the email address cannot be found. I have been emailing these people for 6 months with no problems until now. Its a listen learned but trying to warn other people. Dont order. You will lose money and never receive anything

Scam I paid shipping never received any of my items contacted them three times for refund got nothing but the run around do not order from this site!!!!

Ordered a ‘free’ elephant chair and paid postage.
Did not receive this so I emailed them, they sent me a tracking link but conviently said once the item has left China it can’t be tracked.
6 months later I still do not have the elephant chair and every time I try to email them it says they do not exist.

Took my money amd never sent me my item!!!! When contacted they appologized and said it was on its way and still never came!! Tried to email them kept getting sent back saying they didnt exist?!? Scammers!! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Paid for shipping for an item at the beginning of the year and have received nothing. Took it ran. Contacted them twice and asked for a refund but was just told 'your package is on the way.' Disgusting company, DO NOT buy anything from them. I hope they go bankrupt. Will be posting bad reviews wherever I can so that people don't fall for these scam artists.

Pretty much the same as everyone else, they took my shipping money and ran!

I order several items back in February 2017 - In April I was told they were shipped and watch for them. In May - I was told that there was an error and they would reprocess my order and I should receive the items within 21 days.

Now both emails are no longer in service and have no way on contacting them.

Please do not waste your money.

I ordered a “free” elephant chair for my niece. I paid for shipping and it wasn’t delivered. I ordered it in February. I emailed the company asking what was going on and they sent it out again. That was April. It is now July, and I haven’t gotten my product. I’ve emailed three times, today being the third time and now my email won’t go through because “the address doesn’t exist or they cannot receive emails at this time”. DO NOT ORDER FROM CLASSY ELLA. You will lose your money, and you will be dissapointed.

Never received my purchase after 2 months. Was told they were sending another replacement.. 2 months went by again and still nothing. Have emailed several times with no response.

I ordered in January and never received anything. In May I emailed them and told them I never got anything, and asked for a refund. They said they resent out my items and I would receive them within 15 business days.
Well here it is. 2 months later. I have emailed them three more times requesting a refund, but all of my emails have gone unanswered. It’s a scam for sure.

It's a scam. I never received my product and the last email I sent them failed. The BBC report says the have lots of complaints like mine .

SCAM I ordered so much from them for my baby and never received a single thing. Every time I try to inquire about the order I get the same message over and over.

They have changed their name to Elegant Evy now and on facebook they are called Wildlife Lovers

Placed my order, never recieved it, contacted them, they told me if i didnt recieve it wirhin 15 business days to contact them again and they would send another order. Still didnt recieve my order TRIED to contact them again and their email is no longer available.
