They never send you anything.. they send false tracking numbers and your unable to track it. Youll never get your item!! BEWARE do not use this company!!

i ordered in may and received email to say goods on way and this was in april 2018.i brought in good time for a grandchild ,am disgusted to say no goods no refund and now not answering emails, customer service....what customer service have now reported the company to action for fraud

I ordered in January and I have still not received my orders writing has not done anything I am very angry as now my emails come back saying cant be delivered am so angry the more I think about this company the angrier I get I am going to keep trying to get my money back

Disgusting service. Shouldn’t be up and running still!! Ordered the beginning of February and still nothing. Must have blocked my emails as no response! I want my money back and I won’t stop until I do. So unfair!!

I ordered from classy ella several months ago and still have not received my items that I purchased! I have contacted them 3 x's regarding this, they responded twice. They went as far as staying they were going to reorder the items- still nothing and now they will not return my emails! So disappointed because these items were a gift for my new granddaughter!

If i could give 0 i would. I ordered from them in January and still to this day have not received anything. I have emailed and they told me at first that they must have got lost and sent me some more out which I again haven't received. I bought these thinking they would be a good present for my friends baby, but she has gone through the whole pregnancy since I ordered them and is due any day. They have made me look like an idiot in front of my friend as I have now had to tell her she won't be getting them. I have been emailing constantly but when I have gone to email today, the email address is now not found or available. Absolutely fuming!!!

I ordered 2 items in February as gifts for my children for their birthdays in March and April. Never received them. Got 2 different responses to my enquiries asking me to be patient
Tried to contact them again this month but email deactivated.
Very disappointed with what they have done.

I ordered at the beginning of March, the weird thing was i did receive a couple of the things i ordered , but am still missing about 10 things. I thought it was hopeful that i would get the rest when they replied to my email in late April. But, now email is shut down. Im still out over $100 - rediculous. Thanks for the heads up about them changing their name to "Fancy Eva."
I am going to look through my receipts and dispute the charge completelyl - see if i can get anywhere on thst end. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

Horrible, downright unacceptable. Here I am 5 months later and no sign or reply back about my order of 2 elephant chairs. Trust these reviews and don’t loose money like we did!

Hi! I am very disappointed about this company! I had order 3 items in 2 different time late January and beginning of February which not even today I had not received! One time a member reply to my email , apologies to me and ensuring me that they will send my items! Not long ago I tried to contact her via email but I think she blocked my email cause in error came back my email! I would like to know where I could do a formal complain because it’s just disgusting and unprofessional! It’s not about the value itself it’s about that was for my son and I was expecting that not just to waste my time and my money!

my daughter and i both have placed orders the end of February and beginning of march charged our credits cards next day and still have not received material.

when contacted they do not reply

order and paid for items in September last year, sent an email after not receiving past the due date, they said they had reshipped the items and still never received any items! Nothing but a scam.

Ordered my items in March it is almost my due date and I still have not received those items it’s been five months wrote emails and tried to track the package was never able to get any clear answers or have anybody reply this company is a complete scam tell your friends tell your family tell strangers do not order from classy Ella or fancy Eva I hope someone gets in on this and these people get caught for scamming

That was on May 3, 2018 I have never received my order or a refund. Every time I contact them the answer is that it was shipped. They say they can't track an order once it leaves China. I have contacted them 4 times and only received 3 replies in return. Don't use this company, not ever!!

Never got my order, email address is now not in service and a new website with an identical set up called Fancy Eva is up and running. Total scam! Run away from BOTH of these companies!!

Classy Ella is a joke. You spend money and never get your product! Plus they never reply to emails.. they claim they send another one out and then never reply.. they’re a joke and no one should buy from them..
IIf I had the choice I wouldn’t even give them 1 star, is put them as 0 STARS!

I have been wait since 4/16 for my order, they “resent” it but haven’t gotten that one yet either and now the email is invalid. I went back to the website and went to contact us and sent another message with no response. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! They will take your money and not give you the product!

Was looking forwardto this item, ordereference it in feb same thing everyone's emails been saying. Thank you for reaching out. If by any chance you don't receive your order by the next 15 business days contact us and we will send you a new order.

Now their email is invalid. How horrible they get people this way..

Well what a scam company I ordered from this company back in May I emailed them in June to say it was over the delivery period stated they said give it a further 15 days and then they will resend now the email address don't work. My daughter also ordered items and not had them either. We are so angry.
