Fantastic communication, great and professional service. I was impressed from 1st contact and the team have been great. Flexible also when I’ve needed to make any changes, ask for more or pass on any important information. Would absolutely recommend.

I asked Cheshire cleaning co if they could help me out cleaning the downstairs of my house and a carpet clean on my stairs and landing as I am 36 weeks pregnant. They accommodated me without hesitation and we’re absolutely brilliant! The downstairs looks amazing and my carpet looks brand new! I would highly recommend them to anyone and will most certainly be using them again! Thank you Matthew you’re a star!

I booked Matt for an oven clean, the appointment was made a week in advance and I paid a deposit. I can’t comment on his work because he didn’t actually turn up. When he was 50 minutes late I called and he had no idea he was supposed to be here. He blamed his electronic booking system and assured me he would be with me within the next half hour. Another 50 minutes later, still no Matt. I was due in work on a night shift so asked him not to bother coming. I’d already wasted almost 2 hours when I could have been sleeping in preparation for my night shift. Matt was very nice when I spoke to him and apologetic, I understand that mistakes happen. I too run a business and to avoid things like this I keep a paper diary in addition to electronic. I will say, however, that the deposit was returned straightaway as promised so for that I gave 3 stars.

I booked an end of tenancy clean and Matt gave amazing service. He kept me updated every step of the way and also provided before and after photo's. During the clean Matt noticed some maintenance issues at the property which he reported to me. Excellent service, highly recommend.

Had my landing carpet cleaned by Cheshire Cleaning Co after my dog was sick on it. I had tried everything to get it up but it wouldn’t budge. Within an hour, the carpet was like brand new.
