The company was already recommended to me so when it was time for me to start looking i purposely looked for houses through favell properties.
Kerrie was on holiday but still kept me updated.
Smooth process of moving in.
Due to gales my fence blew down in the 1st week. I rang kerrie n was sorted straight away.

I couldn't wish for better landlords, they made moving with ease. everything was cleaned and the house was spotless ready for me to move in. would recommend 100%

I'm not usually one for reviews but on the rare occasions there comes a time where it's only right to let everyone else know how we've been supported from the the very first quick reply to day we've moved In and even afterwards. In the past we've never had a landlord that had the best interests of the people rather than the pound signs. So all them worries you have moving into a new home worrying how long it's going to be a new home are nonexistent, Kerry is a lovely lady and a respectful landlord who I would not trade in even if the roof fell off the house because at the end of the day a house never feels like a home unless Ur looked after in every possible way , you can live anywhere but without the right person to go to for guidance and support it never feels like a home . And with that comment in mind I think were very lucky people having Kerry , because like I've told her already it feels like having a friend not a landord and anyone else that's lucky enough to fall into her hands and her amazing properties she's perfected with the tenant in mind you should also feel as lucky as we do .... My experience of renting all together was so hard, I was looking for a forever home for years. I had one viewing with favell properties and honestly felt at home as soon as I entered the house. Such lovely people inside and out made me feel so welcome from start to finish. Every question I had was answered or moved around to work in my best interest. Honestly couldn’t recommend them more. The world needs more landlords like favell properties. Thank you again guys.

Kerri is a lovely person and through the process of applying for the property she was very informative and kept me up to date with everything.
She has also checked up on how I’m getting on with the property and is very quick to respond to any enquiries I may have.

The company assisted me with contact numbers for water and light bills, the company make sure that before I move in , they fix the house and take pictures to keep them documented. When I am not sure of something i give them a ring and they are so helpful.
