I can't speak highly enough of cleaner planner. It's intuitive and easy to use. As one of the other reviewers said, when you think " it'd be nice if it did this..." invariably it does! Great value for money.

This program has helped me save so much time with my accounts and paper work that it helps me do more work and in effect earn more money with less stress. The must have app for a window cleaner.

I chose this program because it was intuitive and easy to use. My choice was assisted by Cleaner Planner during my trial period, where they were happy to explain everything I needed to know and assist me with the use of the program. I would certainly recommend this program and company to others.

Cleaner Planner helps you to manage your round more efficiently, make sure you are willingly to put some time at the beginning to build your database accurately which the support staff will assist you to do quickly. Once using the software it becomes clear how useful this tool is in managing your round. You can manage your debtors quickly and efficiently. You can allocate work to other employees or contractors so no more damp pieces of paper back with unelligable writing on!! Its all done on the other person phone!!. The software engine is easy to use and as its cloud based you can manage your daily workload with less stress and no more losing pieces of paper with new customers or exisiting customer details!!
I rate this 5 stars and there is so much more I am not using on this software at the moment. Finally the support getting me started was professional and prompt. No long waiting in call centre queues!!

Cleaner Planner is quite simply: Brilliant

It has transformed how I run my business. I can now easily plan ahead, do my accounts and run my business on a day to day basis with complete ease.

The team are extremely helpful from the start (importing my old customer database into Cleaner Planner therefore saving hours and hours of work) right up until the present day where they are super quick at responding to any queries........not that I've had many as it is so easy to use!

The best way which to describe Cleaner Planner is that it is like having a personal assistant working for you encouraging and promoting you to run your business tonthe best of your ability.

I've even recommended this to my brother in law who is a landscape gardener!

GREAT SOFTWARE AND WELL DESIGNED

Dose exactly what I wanted to do. I have been looking for a system like this for a long time. Now I've been using it I don't see why I would use anything else. I can even travel and get my work booked in where ever I am.

I have been using Cleaner Planner for a few months now and I must say that I am very impressed. I have never been so organized with my window cleaning and i am only using half of the features that are available on my plan.

Cleaner Planner enables me to organize all my work by date whether it be weekly, 2 weekly, monthly, 2 monthly etc, and it all just falls into place on the appropriate days and weeks.

Prior to using Cleaner Planner I used to be late for some jobs, usually 2 or 3 monthly jobs because I just forgot to look at my work list. That does not happen now I am using Cleaner Planner and I am totally up to date with all my work.

Another very helpful feature is the debts section where you can keep track of all outstanding payments and chase them up. My outstanding payments have never been as low as they are now as it is very easy to keep track of all debts.

As far as I am concerned, Cleaner Planner is to window cleaning what NASA is to the space program.

had the free trial and once I got used to it, I found it to be excellent, I now have every thing filed where I know where it is, and every customer in order on the rounds!

I honestly would not like to manage my business without this system, it takes a little time to get used too, but faultless once you get the hang off it.
All the staff are first class and nothing is a problem.
As long as I am running a window cleaning company, this software is my first priority.
