Great window cleaning system. Only down side is the app. I've tried a number of times to add a customer and upload the details to the main system only to find it's not there! Would like to add customers via the app too which you can't. Overall very happy. Good work

Great programme for any window cleaning business.

This program has single handedly transformed the way I run my business. Every aspect is catered for and simplified while all the time making organising and recording so much faster and simpler, saving hours over a working week. Thanks so much

I found the program a bit of a muddle but there again, I am not in any way pc orientated. The level of customer service in helping me to use the program cannot be faulted at all and the staff at Cleaner Planner get a huge thumbs up from me.

The programme is a bit slow, could do with more capacity to speed it up

I only have one problem with the software.
When I'm out or when I send my guys canvassing I would love to have a area we can add new customers from their phones. We have tried adding them through the worksheets but we have lost the details of most of the customers added.

After starting our business using spreadsheets and our business growing quicker than we ever could have imagined cleaner planner has been a godsend. It's straightforward and user friendly we really couldn't be without it. It's not an extortionate price either.

This company provides an excellent service. I was sceptical at first as I've had bad experiences with software companies who promise the earth and then deliver very little.

The software "pulls it's weight" in terms of it being worth the outlay.

They are not the cheapest, but they are worth it. I find the phone app particularly useful for day to day work. And for getting debt under control the option of direct debit payment with their partner at Go Carless has been a real game changer.

Back up support is excellent, and most issues are resolved very quickly.

Tracks all rounds effortlessly, manage debts easily so never lose track, can breakdown by total amount brought in per month in £ by advertising source as well as total for year. How much your round is worth weekly, monthly & yearly also shows how much each customer is worth on average in value. Everything!! It does absolutly everything. Theres so many features its unbelievable. If you want to track your round, make everything quicker and manage your time more productively then use cleaner planner. I couldnt do the job without it.

Such an easy to use excellent software, highly recommended for any cleaning business, be a bit better if they listened a bit more to adding updates and extra functionality. Otherwise highly recommended.

Great for keeping track of the round. There are loads of features that I haven't played with yet and it's great that you can link up cleaner planner too.

Brilliant program.
The team quickly moved my whole round onto this program for me, so minimal effort on my part; the thought of doing it manually had put me off previously.
I have been using it over a month and it has been flawless and saved me lots of time.
