I have been using Cleaner Planner to run my window cleaning business for the last 7 years and absolutely love it! I have tried other CRMs in the past to see if the grass is greener because I got sucked in by clever marketing…but nothing has compared to Cleaner Planner. It’s just so simple to use and has everything I need! If ever I have a question the support team are very quick to reply and ready to help.

Sarah sorted my query and installed my contractors on the planner . Lots of e mails back and forth and I'm well happy with the service . Also I'm finding out more ways in which cleaner planner is helping my daily work seem to go easier . I was using George for years and loved it but I think I have found a new love . Just in time for valentines day ❤️ Seriously though this is a great tool backed by nice considerate people .

Brilliant App. Its made starting my own business so much easier. I don't know what I would have done without it.

Scheduling made easy. The online version keeps track of all my schedules, contact details for my customers and payments. It's so easy to use! Once I've scheduled work I can send the itinerary straight to my phone or print out the day's worksheets. If you partner your account with Textlocal you can even bulk send messages to your customers with just a click of a button. No more sitting and writing 30 individual texts to different people every day! 5* review because this is a 5* product which has changed the way I do business and made keeping track of everything so easy!

Would like to be able to save on my hard drive and not just on your cloud. Especially after the nightmare with George

Really simple and easy to use. Could do with a couple of updates. Used to use Squeegee planner and really liked it but it’s become too expensive for what it is. Cleaner planner is perfect for window cleaning and gutter cleaning

The App is absolutely brilliant and saves a lot of paperwork and makes it a lot easier to track debts.

I have about 1500 customer and the support we received to import all of our customers info into cleaner planner from our spreadsheet was unbelievable.

This program has made my life so much easier than the old system I was using.
Great support when setting up, easy transfer meant I hit the road running.

Completely revolutionised my business in a way I would never have had working off paper

Simplicity of no paperwork still feels odd pressing a button once the work for the days synced to the database saving loads of time daily, support is fantastic and super responsive, still getting used to things but have to say I’m super annoyed I didn’t change to this sooner, time saving far outweighs the cost let alone the paper ink pens the list goes on, love the way I can click an address and opens in maps with directions, only thing I’m hoping that gets added is the ability to do is auto route planning (it maybe already there, maybe I haven’t found it yet)

All in all it’s a business no brainer

This app is a life saver, very easy to use for anyone that needs an appointment app that can be sent to multiple users.
I could not have managed my business without this app it is customisable for your needs.
I use it for window cleaning appointments but will be using it to make appointments for my other services.
If you have customers on a regular or ad hoc this is the one for me.
Sarah is amazing she helped me no end gettyme up to speed.
Thanks again cleaner planner for making my life so easy.

Really good app. Easy to use and organise my round. Also like that the app let's you know when your customers are due.

Been in and out the trade for about 10 and never not used cleanerplanner its simple and easy i wanted to link GoCardless but make sure it was done properly and Sarah from the support team basically took her whole day explaining stuff upgrading my plan ect i would never use any other program to run a cleaning business i tried before and they complicate it to much and the support teams in other programs isn't the greatest where as cleanerplanner got back to every question i asked on the same day i couldn't be any more grateful to Sarah, really appreciate how much you helped.

If you need a simple to use program what can do alot of things with merging other bits ie GoCardless, Text Local, Mail Chimp ect ect come and join cleanerplanner you wont regret it.

Quite complicated and expensive if you need more than one user. Too easy to move jobs by mistake on phone.
Looking at changing to the squeegee app.

Great customer support. Easy to use
