Bought cleaner planner best thing I bought for my job

When I first signed up to GoCardless it was brilliant, really efficient and very progressive. It was good value and really impressive.
Since Rob sold Cleaner Planner, nothing has moved forward, there are no new additions, it is exactly the same as it was over 5 years ago and the price has doubled.
I use it now because I am used to it but am currently in the process of trialling new software as CP has lost the personal touch and is clearly all about money

Brilliant! Wish I’d joined sooner. Easy to use and yet support was easily accessible and quick when I needed it.

A fantastic software programme for small but growing businesses, helps stay on top of a lot of the organisational runnings of a business. Gives a great overview of a client data base and other elements like finance.

Still learning what all it can do myself and would love to see in the future if I could integrate some other elements into it to really streamline and fully automate the system.

Very easy to use once you know how, great communication from the team. Has improved my business massively 5* all the way.

Makes life easier. We've been using Cleaner Planner for a few years now and it does what we need. Easy to schedule and reschedule work. Especially useful for our team to have the mobile app and sync. set up. Recommended.

I use cleaner planner every week to keep track and charge my customers, excellent product. If i ever need technical support, they are more than happy to help and always respond straight away. Fantastic company.

Cannot fault the system or the staff. Absolutely brilliant.
Wrote in because I wasn’t sure about something and didn’t want to mess up my schedule. I woke up to an email in the morning saying it they’d gone ahead and done it for me. Wouldn’t use another system!

Love this so easy to use

We have been using Cleaner Planner for 5 years now. Great software but the real selling point is the support. To get hold of most web based companies is a nightmare these days. They are easy to get hold of, really friendly and very knowledgeable

Cleaner Planner has been an eye-opener for us since we started using it a couple of years ago.

Although primarily for window cleaning, we also use it for our domestic cleaning side of things (so window cleaning & domestic cleaning).

Because you can separate types of work or rounds, it makes organising the two separate sides of our business a breeze.

We actually also use it to remind us about dentist appointments, MOTs, and so on, using the very handy 'notes' element that you can add to the top of a day.

We seem to find more and more uses for the software. Bottom line.....we love it!

Cannot recommend Cleaner Planner enough. You really will wonder how you managed without it.

Finally, I recently asked a question about a feature of the software, and had a personal response within 24 hours from a real person.

I’ve been using CP now for about 4 years I think. Whenever I have an issue I get straight in touch and one of the team is in contact within hours. I couldn’t operate my business as well as I do without CP. it really has transformed my company as a whole.

I have been using Cleaner-planner since January 2020 as an operational system for a lawn and paving treatment service. The system is easy to use and the online tutorial and well present and easy to use. If you have any questions regarding the system, Sarah responds to your email within 10 minutes, providing clear step and step instructions.
