Really pleased with both the software and the support! Spoke to Sarah (I think) who was incredibly helpful. The software is saving me a lot of time. Very happy with it so far!

i use this to manage my Wheelie Bin Cleaning business, works great...take a little getting used too and a bit of time to input new data but once your there, really easy. I like not having to input data twice and invoicing is really simple once you have all the customers details in there.

Using CleanerPlanner for about 6 weeks, much easier than spreadsheets and quick response when I contacted support

Very easy and straight forward to use. No complaints so far! Been using for a couple of months. User guides are brilliant if you get stuck. Well worth the money 👍🏼

I have recently started a trial of CleanerPlanner which I think will be a great help in running my business. I had a couple of questions and gave Sarah a call - she couldn't have been more helpful! She talked me through the solutions, promised to send me an email confirming everything and then sending it straight away. Totally impressed- I will definitely be signing up! Really happy customer! As with any CRM, they can appear to be very in-depth to use and understand at first. With Cleaner Planner help is available via tutorial videos, live chat & email. It's sophisticated and bespoke to the window cleaning sector.

I like the fact I am not left to my own devices, the support I receive is as professional as it comes, quick, efficient and always on-point.

If you are serious about your window cleaning business, you need some serious dedicated CRM to enable you to run things, but with a back up of support for when us non techies mess things up or we simply need a function explaining. Cleaner Planner has it all!

Well worth the effort setting up.
Cleaner planner helped all the way and followed up by email to see all was as I needed.
I am far from I. T. savy but this software makes life much easier and must save me 4 to 6 hours a week paper chasing also quickly builds a payment/ nonpayment history of debtors to assist recouping any monies owed.
We're on the basic package and it's made a great difference.
If your in doubt.. Don't be. My opinion is its great.!

Amazing the only thing missing is a link to Google maps when clicking on each job, but other than thats, its made my life a lot easier to manage and plan jobs

Makes all other platforms look like 50 years old

I think this is an excellent app. It is exactly what every window cleaner needs to keep on top of their business. Not only is the app fantastic, but the customer service is of an exceptionally high standard.

One star withheld only becasue it could improve by making it easier to integrate with other apps. I mean I cannot automate anything beyond the applications they support. I'll come back and upgrade to five stars if and when Zapier integration is supported :)

I have read some reviews on this company which have had a bad experience with customer services. All I can say is give them another go. I have found them to excellent; I urge you to given them another shot at fixing your issues.

Excellent software, best software to run a window cleaning business currently on the market.

Changing over from paper to Cleaner Planner was one of the best decisions I made! I can not believe i didnt do it years ago! Worth every penny!

Great software with excellent technical assistance. I have linked to Gocardless and it is saving a lot of time in my office. Highly recommended

Excellent work software and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.

Customer service is terrible. Can’t look at live diary if you need to fit new customers in while out at work. System still not 100% clear to me so I’m not using it to it’s full potential. Slightly overpriced compared to other apps.
The parts I do use are easy, I can print out accounts pages where I couldn’t with other apps. Easy to read your diary on your computer, but there is no decent app for the phone yet.

Well to complicated. Can't even cancel it because can't work out how to and customer services stink

Customer service is absolutely unrivalled and second to none! Always respond with in depth, helpful, and easy to understand/follow explanations/answers.

The software itself is very powerful and helps my business loads. The integrations are superb.

Would not be without it.

P.s.i have tried others on a trial basis just to be nosey and they are over complicated and not user friendly. Cleaner Planners interface is more basic but still performs the powerful integrations and many other functions that the other more complicated programs use.

This software is a must for anyone wanting to switch from books to digital.
