Deep clean of house
Oh my gosh, we had the deep clean service after we'd had decorating done and it was amazing. The whole house is sparkling, I keep noticing new things that are SO clean. The people were polite and friendly and very professional. It's not cheap but it's worth every penny

Our cleaner Oksana was brilliant - very thorough and reliable. Made the house feel so much better and was a huge help while looking after 2 little ones.

Excellent for a busy family home
Halyna has been excellent - quick, efficient, respectful of our home, and a really lovely person to have in our space and around our small children. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and cleaning express in future.

STAY AWAY!
Company was hired to do a deep clean of our new house. We made specific instructions about the place having high ceiling windows that we wanted cleaned as well as the fact that the place had already been cleaned by the sellers but that we wanted to make sure it was sparkling fresh for when we moved in.
It all started off poorly when the cleaner arrived without a ladder even though we specifically pointed out that they would need one for the windows. After giving some instructions we left her to work.
We came back the next day to inspect and I was shocked of how badly it had been done. The place didn't even smell clean. It honestly looked exactly like before the cleaner had been there. There were cobwebs on multiple places, thick layers of dust on top of the shower head and you could tell that no effort had been put into making the place clean at all.
On top of all this we found that the kitchen hob has been cracked.
We reached out to cleaning express with a bunch of pictures and videos showing the poor state of the clean, expecting that they would be very apologetic and refund us both for the non existing clean and the broken hob.
To our surprise we were met with a really short reply saying that they don't do refunds, that the clean had been done to standard and that the hob was broken when the cleaner arrived (a picture taken 2h into the clean was supplied as evidence) . As proof of this they supplied a few selected pictures taken by the cleaner of areas that of course didn't look to bad. They also said that the areas we showed were impossible to clean even though we have now supplied pictures of us cleaning them.
I would stay away from this company like the plague. Honestly the worst company and staff I've ever encountered.
They offered a 50£ refund only after we supplied countless of picture evidence to to prove how much they had skipped, something that felt laughable when we paid £340 for a deep clean that had not been done.
We offered to accept half the price of the clean as a refund, something that we still feel would be a loss on our end. This was denied.

Regarding the high windows, our cleaner brought a stepladder and an extension tool, as discussed, to clean them as best as possible, given the height and safety considerations. We also took the initiative to clean a few blinds, which you appreciated at the time.
We understand your dissatisfaction with the condition of the flat after the cleaning, particularly concerning the floors, cupboards, shower head, and cobwebs. During such intensive cleaning sessions, there is a possibility that small details might be missed. This is why we offer a free re-clean to ensure 100% satisfaction. However, the photos you provided do not align with those taken by our cleaner post-service, and we have no evidence of the dead spiders you mentioned. Despite this, we promptly offered to return the next morning for a re-clean to address your concerns and compensation as a gesture of goodwill, but these offers were declined.
Regarding the broken hob, our cleaner took photos before starting the cleaning as a standard practice to document any existing issues, which included the damaged hob. Once the issue was brought up, we explained that our team does not use heavy tools that could cause such damage. When investigating the claims, we requested an inventory check report to clarify this issue; it was no longer mentioned, indicating a possible misunderstanding.
