WARNING: DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS BUSINESS IT IS A SCAM !!!!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am sharing my experience because I genuinely do not want anyone else to lose their money or go through the stress that we have experienced.
I booked an end-of-lease cleaning service with Cleaning Super Boss and paid a 50 percent deposit upfront. The total agreed price was $460. The cleaner was booked to arrive at 9:00am, but when he arrived he had no equipment to complete the job and left without doing any cleaning.
What happened afterwards was extremely concerning. I spent the entire day trying to get a solution. I was told they were trying to find another cleaner, but no replacement cleaner was arranged and no timeframe was ever provided.
My calls were ignored. My emails were ignored. When I finally spoke with someone and asked for a clear answer and a resolution, they hung up on me. My partner also called to request a refund and they hung up on him as well.
Because this was an urgent end-of-lease clean, I had no choice but to book another cleaner at short notice and pay much higher that what we were budgeting for.
After this happened, we found multiple reviews from other customers describing very similar experiences. Based on my experience and the evidence I have found, I believe this business is operating dishonestly and I believe people need to be warned this is a scam business.
We are now pursuing further action to recover our money.
Please do your research before paying any deposit to this business. I would hate for anyone else to experience the same stress, financial loss, and disappointment.
This is a scam, beware.
They take a 50% deposit and never show u. if you try to reach out to them the do not respond or refund the deposit.
