Dramatisch lange levertijd Brillen24

Een bril op sterkte gekocht bij Charlie Temple. In het verleden fantastische ervaring mee gehad; goede bril, goede prijs en de volgende dag in de brievenbus!
Ivm een oogoperatie kan ik geruime tijd geen contactlenzen dragen en heb op korte termijn een bril nodig. Met de goede ervaring van Charlie Temple heb ik de bril besteld op de website van Brillen24 (heeft CT overgenomen) om vervolgens via een Call Center medewerker te horen dat het 14 dgn! duurt voordat de bril bezorgd wordt. Een dramatisch lange wachttijd als je de bril direct nodig hebt. Nooit weer.

Charlie tempel nu glasses24 Waardeloos

Charlie tempel was een fantastische online winkel. Aardige klantenservice snelle levering..makkelijk virtueel passen. Nu overgenomen door glasses24.nl. Wat een drama!! Virtueel passen niet bij alle modellen beschikbaar, sterker nog instructies bijna onvindbaar. Klantenservice alleen via e-mail bereikbaar. Als je belt krijg je een bandje die verwijst naar de website of email formulier. Maar ze staan van 8:00 tot 18:00 voor je klaar adverteren ze. Tevens staat de dikte van het frame van rond de lenzen niet vermeld dus zonder passen is bestellen een gok. Levertijd tot 2 weken! Heel vervelende website!! Aanvragen nieuw wachtwoord wordt link verstuurd naar e-mailadres, wacht nu een dag later nog op de link. (E-Mailadres 3x gecheckd. Volgende keer bestel ik bij een andere online groothandel!!
