It was a bit disappointing that they didn’t share the progress unless I asked, however they responded quickly, which was a huge help.
I’d also like to ask for their help if I need to go through any procedures.

I asked Hamilton to obtain a copy of my long form birth certificate from Zimbabwe. Once I had provided him with information and payment he set the wheels in motion. Within days he emailed me the copy for verification. Once it was verified and authenticated by the appropriate official (which took a few days because of public holidays in Zimbabwe), I received the document via courier service.
All communication was clear, prompt, efficient and polite.

I needed my Zimbabwean birth certificate to be re-issued, translated and legalised for Spain but I no longer live in Zimbabwe. Clearance Central did it for me. It wasn't cheap but I couldn't find any other place to do it so it was my only option. Having said that, they got the job done and always answered my questions promptly so I would definitely recommend them.
