Clearbee 

We’ve recently had our bedroom revamped through Wren who organised Clearbee to clear the waste. We were out when then collected and when we returned, all of the waste was gone and our property was left in a very clean condition. This is the third time that Ckearbee has collected from us and each time they’ve done a fantastic job.

Terrible Service, stay away.

They aren't honest, left half of the waste and asked for more money. Complete liars and fraudsters.

Shocking company delivered a skip a day and a half late and now late to collect it. Communication is none existent and they don’t care. Don’t use them

They came to pick up our old sofa with a saw and no screwdrivers, when they were taking the sofa out scratched all the floor badly. Have called 5 times now and the claims department hasn't contacted me yet. Nobody knows anything.

Recently had a kitchen fitted by Wren who contracted Clearbee to take away the waste. Received an Email/text from Clearbee who stated they would turn up on the day specified at midday.On the day in question they turned up at 0730 in the morning before the kitchen fitters had finished. Clearbee refused to re attend to collect the extra waste which I had to take myself to the tip.

Horrendous awful fraudulent company, who mow have my money, haven't picked up the rubbish and won't refund me,
Turned up without any thing to clear away the rubbish and tried to hargeisa me another £200 onto of the £130 I've already paid, im trying to complain but of cause with these misleading companies there is no one to complain to

Arranged through DFS to collect our old sofas.. emailed the morning of collecting giving us a time window til 5.45.. emailed again later to give us a specific time of 5.46 ..turned up at 12.45 with no one home to receive it .. no one to contact.. and now stuck with old sofas in the way of new ones being delivered the next day ..shocking service!

As a partner of someone who has been driving for this company recently I am appalled at the attitude and total disregard for their drivers here at this company.
A 15+ hour day is standard which is not mentioned at interview stage. 7am till 6pm was stated.
My fella gets sent out in a sub standard vehicle, on his own, anywhere in the country with no PPE, safety equipment, trollies, first aid kits etc. And is expected to be removing household furniture and appliances on his own.
When he does get a mate, they are computer or English illiterate??!! Speaks volumes. Then the driver has to do everything themselves including updating jobs on the very user unfriendly app while said mate picks his nose.
Safety is not their concern. Tired and exhausted drivers are not their concern. Communication is not their concern. Basic common sense is not their concern.
Numerous times he has arrived at jobs only to be told by the customer that somebody has already been!!!! Timewasting jokers!!!! They make themselves look unprofessional.
The amount of hours he has worked in the last couple of weeks is shocking. Putting him well below minimum wage. Tacographs should be made compulsory in all long distance driving vehicles. And this is how companies get away with unpoliced hours.
Do not work here if you value your health, safety, time and work life balance. At Clearabee there is none of the above.
They are a massive court case waiting to happen. And deservedly so.

A very angry partner.

It all started going well, rushed home from work early to meet the collection time. Then all of a sudden i got this on the tracking info, "The job has been completed and the resource can no longer be tracked."

They were due to collect the remains of a sharps installation. They will only give a day, not a time. The first day they got my address wrong by 100 numbers. The second day they got it wrong by 30 miles. I have now wasted 3 days trying to get Sharps debris removed! They are rubbish at rubbish.

What a shambles of a company. Van turned up to collect a kingsize matress. Onle one man who of course could not shift the matress on his own. I had to help. I am 73 years old. This is the second time this Company has been hired to shift things from my house. Not my choice. The first time they were hired by Wren Kitchens to take away old kitchen units. I should say that Wren Kitchens did a first class supplying and fitting the kitchen but ifI were them I would find a better Co to partner with than Clearbee.

Reading these reviews I am shocked that DFS would partner with this cowboy company. They sub contract out! 2 young lads in a battered van turned up and expected to find my furniture on the street! They came unprepared to dismantle. They argued amongst themselves- they used saws without covering my flooring- scratches left - chips out of my newly painted door and no phone number to contact them - disgrace !

if i could give no stars i would , awful company to deal with , not quite sure how they expect any normal person the kow how much is x cubic meters ,x Kg's or whatever is beyond me they ask for photos ect, but when they arrive to collect , start loading the van then tell you you have "way to much" , went to call them to sort something out , NO phone number only live chat which was not a gr8 experience & driver didnt want to be hanging about waiting on them trying to contact me so left , just a scam to get more money out of people imho ,will never use them again or recomend them , STAY AWAY if you dont want to be taken to the cleaners (ironic i know) AVOID at all costs

Just had James Mcdonald from Glasgow clearing up our old kitchen furniture, on his own, no help at all, was very friendly, did the job very well and we are in Innerleithen in the Scottish Borders, he came at 14.00 and at 15.00 he was finished. James you are a legend, thank you very much and have a good well deserved Sunday off

Discovered maggots in my general waste bin. Council weren’t collecting for over a week and no other company could do it any sooner. I contacted clearbee and they were there within a few hours. I was so worried because I’m a single mum with a young child who needs to use the garden and I needed the rubbish gone so I could disinfect the bin. The man who arrived made it out as if it was no big deal and took the rubbish away, even though I was terrified to go near it. I want to say thank you so much for everything that you do. The guy that collected it was an absolute legend and I’ll be recommending you to everyone!

Excellent service. Collected the waste from outside my home. Kept me informed on arrival time. Left everything neat and tidy.

Ordered a skip the day before it was due to arrive they emailed to say no skip available, I requested a refund for the payment I had made and 10 days later and several emails later still no refund
There is no telephone number so reliant on emails, every time I get told oh it’s 5 days or it’s another 3 days I am going to have to sue them to get my money back

Very easy to arrange with first class communication with the collection, also the chzp who collected the waste was friendly and helpful I would recommend the company to anyone

They advertise like they are going to take all your rubbish away. 2 cubic yard equals to 4 washing machines and more. But when they collect it such a small amount. Avoid this service at all cost. Also you can't contact them. No phone number!

ClearBee came to clear my neighbours garden on behalf of Wren Kitchens and the 2 men left me with shattered glass all over my drive and front lawn. I watched them drop the oven and smash a door and rather than pick it up between them they end over ended it all the way down my drive smashing more doors. When I asked them to make sure they pick it up they ignored me then bragged to my neighbours they had ignored me. They have also stipped tv cable off the wall in the alley.
The mess they left on the path outside my house was a joke.
I am not amused at all. What a pair of muppets
