They showed up and claimed that we had only selected 1 yard's worth of removals. This was never advertised and when we raised this with customer support we were told that leaving a description about what we wanted to take wasn't enough and that flexible didn't mean flexible amount like we were lead to believe.

We are one of the largest window companys in the central belt of Scotland . We spoke to a young man named Jim who sold us on the premiss that you would be able to cover all of our works .We install approximately 18-20 installations a week.
We booked in 2 trial jobs with your teams Job number one went well.

Job number 2 has been an absolute joke to say the best. Your clean up team went out to clear a residence of the old windows and bags of rubbish. Th project was located at 15 Woodburn Terrace EH22 2H. The project was booked on for Monday the 16th however the clean up team only picked up a few items and then banged on MY customers door to demand extra money Apparently. I was never contacted to be informed that there was any additional cost ! I also received an alert informing me the job was completed low and behold it was not completed I called your office and was instructed I would need to pay additional fees of which i foolishly paid I was informed by the person we paid that there was a team in the area and that they would be there within the hour to clear the existing Rubbish NO ONE SHOWED UP !!!. Come Tuesday I spoke with someone named Mark he said Apologised and arranged a team to go pick up the additional items and I received a notification that the team where on route. I then got a call at 2pm from Mark that everything was picked up. The 70 year old woman returned home at 5pm only to inform me that all the rubbish AGAIN was not picked up !!!! I called Mark again and he had no clue what was going on however he made a comment that maybe the pile was put there after the 2pm clean up ??? The woman is 70year old lives alone and in a walker !!! I put the homeowner on speaker and had Mark listen to the old lady inform me that they did not pick up all the rubbish. Mark made accusations that they did pick all up and basically accused myself and the homeowner of fabricating the truth. He then admitted that they left rubbish behind after Mark promising me earlier that he would make sure the site was completely cleared . I called Mark and now he is informing met hat we will need to additional monies to have the remainder picked up. I feel like we are being held at Ransom !!! The level of service is poor at best the customer service is poor and the quality of the product you provide is not anywhere close to what your on boarding gentleman Jim explained when we partnered with you. I had to call Mark back to find out whats going on just before he left at 6pm. He is now saying you will not pick up the remainder of the rubbish unless we pay First. I am hesitant top do somas i have been messed around and my customer has now been let down by your company 3 times. If i need to contact Trading standards or get my solicitor involved I will all phone calls have been recorded and your team informed of this.I have asked Mark to clear the site then when I have confirmation its 100% cleared i would pay as I have been lied to and have a vote of no confidence or faith in YOUR COMPANY.

Well I definitely will not be going back to this company as all they care about is money. They are a complete rip off they charged me £180 (they said that was about about a medium skip so not small) and didn't even clear the whole garden even though I sent them a picture beforehand showing what I needed to be got rid off and the picture showed the stuff scattered so I spent ages sorting it into a tidy pile and all of a sudden the drivers come and straight away (even though they make out they are being nice about it) say that's too much they have to ring head office and ask about charging more to get rid of the rest! I mean really what they left was in black bags and was not heavy, the last drivers actually cleared the lot. But obviously head office just say at a extra charge maybe they can clear the rest and now the drivers have gone, I still have bags left and no one has contacted me so not happy at all. Money grabbing companies sick to death of them.

I requested a collection of rubbish, I sent pictures of the rubbish to be collected they agreed on a price which has to be paid in advance. The driver did not take all the rubbish I had sent pictures of too, Clearabee, he said his van was full and he did not want to be overweight he would contact Clearabee to have the remainder picked up. When I heard nothing and made enquiries I was told that they would have to charge me further to pick up the rubbish already paid for. Not a great deal of individual cost to me but if they behave like this too many of their customers I wonder what the total cost to their customers would be? Obviously, I will not be using these services again and would warn any future customer to be very sure what they are agreeing to pay to have collected before they pay.

Thank you so much to Chris and his colleague who came to pick up my sofabed in Glasgow today. They phoned ahead in good time and moved it from 3 floors up in horrendous weather. They were also were very respectful and pleasant to my 80 yr old mother and had to politely deal with very impolite neighbours! Highly recommended company

I have used Clearbee 3 times, the first time was a medium load and they had two men to take the goods and all was done fine.
The second time was a medium load and they sent one man !! needless to say I ended up doing more work than the guy they sent !!
The third time which was today I said it was a small load, yet again they send one guy and yet again I end up doing as much as the van driver.
They ring up to charge me more and I tell them I have done half the work but then they say I should have stated it will take two men, it doesn't state anywhere on their website to state I need to use 2 men, after all the first time I had 2 anyway.
Needless to say I WILL NOT use them again, I have paid over £500 now and twice I have had to do at least half the work !! rubbish removal rubbish service

Clearbee arrived prompt at time they stated. They were polite, efficient, swift, clean & tidy. Cannot find fault with the two person team.

Terrible service. They arrived at a different time to the one they had advised and I didn’t hear them arrive (so they tell me). They refuse to rearrange without charging a further call out fee, despite me having used their services on 3 occasions. I will no longer use them as have now paid £90 and they refuse to complete the job

We asked the company to take some rubbish from a lock up of ours and they decided to leave the rubbish and take all our new stuff worth up to 4k, we have footage of the 2 men and also the Reg of the Clearbee vehicle, We are not getting any response from the company so next step will be to contact the Police.

Gave 5 mins notice at morning 7 am that they coming at 7.05, no one arrived. No door knock. Apparently they have collected a phantom waste and closed my case. What a wasteful company.

Ordered a collection of a sofa then saw the company didn’t list any phone numbers on their website…a sign perhaps.

They advise a window of 8 hours! Then text you 30 minutes before they’ll arrive…ok

So I get a text and leave work tone at home for their arrival… they’re 20 minutes late, so I check the tracker and they’re 30 miles away!!

Tried to contact the company and this is when I discovered no phone number. So I emailed them… anyway they turned up 1.5hrs later.

The removal guys were friendly, just a dubious setup!

Clearbee through DFS collected some of my old furniture recently. Clearbee were thoroughly professional in their approach,and the job they carried out.
So I thought I give Clearbee a mention as I had an excellent experience from them.

Contacted Clearbee to clear some household rubbish, etc. at 10.30am this morning, received a price within a few minutes, placed order online and they arrived within a couple of hours of first contact. The person they sent to clear was friendly, polite and very efficient. He didn't waste a single minute and just got on with clearing the rubbish to the van... the job was all done within half an hour. There was no fuss or bother and the service for much cheaper than getting a skip. Really pleased with the excellent and cost-effective service and will definitely use them again.

Paid £250. Took away a load of waste but still decided to bury a grow bag and wooden trellis in the raised bed. Drove off without a word.
Called the company to get it sorted. Provided them with photographs of the buried waste. Told that I would have to pay extra to have the ‘extra’ waste removed.

I was allured by the seemingly good reviews and slick website. I send a picture of what was required to remove and was quoted. I booked them but they did only removed halve of the rubbish and left the rest. They claim that the quote is an estimate and is not binding. I am in shock.

Fantastic service booked appointment to have rubbish picked up the next day. Could have been the same day as it was available. Staff were friendly and polite, they clear the site quickly leaving it clear and clean. Will be using your efficient services again when I need to.

Charles came yesterday to clear a lot of rubbish, he was extremely professional and courteous and with a further small payment removed 15 tyres which was great. Would highly recommend and use again. Thank you Charles. Audrey
