I’m in love with my pendant lights. They’ve totally become the focus point of my dining room.

I recently bought a dining table and matching lighting from Clearhalo, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier. Both pieces are absolutely stunning, really well made, and fit my space perfectly. They arrived in perfect condition thanks to the secure and safe packaging, and setting them up was super easy.

What really stood out for me was the customer service. Anna was amazing. She guided me through the whole process, answered all my questions with genuine care, and made the wait less stressful.

I ordered a writing desk from Clearhalo, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Unlike most competitors whose furniture is made of particle board these days, this Victorian-style desk is made of solid wood. Its smooth lines are perfect, and the color is just right. Five stars! I highly recommend this company and its products.

Such a cute, modern design floor lamp that fits perfectly over my couch for reading. It feels solidly made, and the light it gives off is lovely. A wonderful addition to my living room.

I highly recommend clearhalo.com for the range of furniture and lights having purchased a desk, an extra cabinet, and a dining table set . I especially appreciate the care and services that Anna provided for me. She went out of her way to help me, was patient, kind and knowledgeable.The furniture looks beautiful, feels sturdy and is reasonably priced and the service is incomparable. Now I have order a chandelier for our sitting area

I order an Item, Light, from them Jul 6. Yes 10 days processing and 20 days for delivery. So its Aug 6 and I still have no word where this item is. Everybody is saying great CS but you have to email them or call them in England and they can't tell me. All they give me is a tracking number to some Chinees shipping company that keeps showing no label created yet for the past 10 days now. I tried to cancel but they keep saying it has shipped and I would have to return it. Right now their Customer Service and Shipping SUCK. Maybe see by the end of Aug if at all.

OK 8/11 After posting this Clear Halo reach out to settle this by giving my money back and keeping the item. Shipping is still an issue. My item will not leave China until 8/13 on a ship. Possibly get by beginning of September.

I contacted clearhalo because I saw the light I wanted but one of them was the wrong color. They agreed to change the color to what I wanted with no upcharge. The lamps arrived yesterday and they are very beautiful. Couldn't be happier.

Excellent company to deal with. The lights I ordered were packed exceptionally well and arrived in first class condition. Very pleased with product and service I would highly recommend.

Some really nice products available, as per other reviews these items come from China so don’t expect your order to arrive as quick as uk supplier but the light I purchased was worth the wait.

It sadly developed a fault, clearhalo investigated it with the supplier, identified the issue and sent out a replacement part under the terms of the guarantee. This took several weeks due to the overseas shipping but I already knew this would be the case. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been helpful.

I looked EVERYWHERE for a bathroom vanity! And I found Clearhalo! Thank goodness I decided to look on Clearhalo website because I found this gem! It came sooner than expected snd undamaged. My self and my partner put it together in about 3 hour. It was SUPER simple to put together and it looks sooooo good! So many people asking about this item already. Love how it looks and fits! Made my bathroom look soo much fancier and expensive 😎

It is taking 10 weeks for a bathtub we ordered to arrive!!! YES! 10 weeks! My contractor has left at this point and I have spent hundreds of $$$ compensating him and his workers for the times they lost (since they can't do anything else in the bathroom remodel until the tub gets here). Estimated time was 4-6 weeks. We are now at 10 weeks and product is not even on the truck yet.

Love it!! Pleasantly surprised with purchase, the chandelier was quick and easy to assemble and install. Came as pictured online and the quality is top notch. Customer service was also very professional. Overall one very happy customer who will definitely be buying from here in the future.

Their website showed two options of a light. I clicked on the appropriate option only to receive the wrong one. However I contacted their customer service and they quickly got back to me to resolve the issue.

Anna was very helpful on an "out of the box" problem. Together we figured out the best solution.
