Light was very well protected when delivered in the post. Query sent to customer service, the response was very quick and very helpful.

I ordered a very nice table from Createwhite. A few weeks after we ordered it we realized we needed something different to fit the space. The order hadn't shipped yet and it was very easy to cancel it. The response was very quick. Looks like they have nice products at great prices. I would not hesitate to order again.

We ordered our lamps awhile ago . I was getting nervous they weren't going to come. Clearhalo was always giving me updates when ever I wrote to them reassuring me my order was coming. They are an honest company. You have to be patient with customs.
I would definitely order from them again.

I have ordered lights for my dining room and they look amazing! The packaging was brilliant and came on time. I also ordered some rugs for my sitting room and bedrooms they were great quality I ordered some more. Would recommend to my friends and family
Very quick delivery and good customer service

We were not delivered as per described and in display of photo. We sent back items for a refund with the address provided by Clearhalo the items have been in the Chinese facility for delivery for 6 weeks. PayPal have also been useless they also don't read email with all information with receipts and photos provided as well as tracking information provided. $1997 for chandelier and 4 wall mount lights + $347 for return postage. I should have just thrown their crappy lights in the bin at least with that I would not lost the $347 for returning their crappy product. The loss of $1997 was all ready bad enough

Very high quality product and fast shipping

It came really fast and it’s was well packed to make sure there is no damage within shipping 👍

Bought to vanity sink with faucet and medicine cabinet cost $327 piece of plastic junk!!!! Had to buy a different faucet and drain .... Could not get pipes to fit the stuff they sent another $130 !!!! So warning ⚠️ Save yourself the headache and Don't buy anything from them!!!

This was my forth purchase the last three being the same light never fails to work and bright enough to illuminate the areas I need

Product quality was poor shipping time was way too long and return policy is bogus as product has to be shipped back to China for the “free“ return.

We purchased online some really good outdoor lights for the garden and they came in very good time. We liked them so much we bought more lights for inside the house to complement them and again a good service. Well packaged and excellent delivery. These lights are beautiful and excellent quality - looking forward to hanging them in our new home

I bought the "round flush light nordic style" after discussing with the shop and specifying a light colour temperature of 2700k.

When it arrived the product the body was full of random holes. When I reached out to clear halo they offered me 10% off.

This was not sufficient for me. They informed me that the light's housing was being used for other lights too and that this was intended which I did not consider my problem. After going back and forth they offered 50% off which I took and decided to mount the light in a narrow space where I would not see the holes as much.

After installation it turned out the light was nowhere near 2700k, it's closer to 8000k. So instead of a warm white it's blue.

All in all I recommend to stay away from Clearhalo. the prices seem attractive but the quality is so terrible that it's not usable.

EDIT: ultimately I did receive a full refund for the product which resolves the issue for me.
