The rug I ordered is beautiful. The colors are vibrant and it looks just as pictured. The back has a rubber gripping so it doesn’t slide around at all. Great rug, great service.

After endless searching for new wall lights I eventually found this company online.The price was reasonable so I placed an order for just one internal and one external light. They arrived promptly, were well packaged and I am very pleased with the quality. I will be most definitely ordering more.

I ordered a mural from Clearhalo, and was unhappy with what I received. Once I made a complaint, they went way over and beyond what I would've expected in order to fix my issue. They replaced the mural with one much better quality and even suggested they have slightly amended their standard procedure for making these. They contacted me multiple times to give me updates and ensure the problem would be fixed. This is the kind of customer service I would normally only hope for from the top-end most expensive retailers (and likely seldom receive). So what started out as a bad experience really couldn't be any better in the end.

Absolutely excellent service. Rug arrived one week before the website suggested. I had emailed to enquire about the company before I ordered - and spoke to an extremely helpful lady on the phone. The rug itself is just lovely, and exactly as shown. I highly recommend this company.

I order a lamp for a child and was very impressed it looks exactly like in the display it was beyond my expectation the packaging was fantastic there was no room for damage and most of all it arrive on time I would definitely recommend this company they did an amazing job thank you very much

Clear Halo has a beautiful and vast light selection, but most importantly outstanding customer service. I had a light fixture that was damaged upon transit and the team responded immediately and sent out another piece in a very timely fashion. They are super communicative with excellent service. I couldn't be happier with my purchases and their assistance!

The light fitting was packed very well which was great and there was good communication. Just that the postal service was a bit slow.

Ordered/paid for a pendant online with live chat feature and Anna was very helpful, great customer service and fast response times. The next day unfortunately I had to cancel the order, after realising the fixture will be too small for our space. Emailed Clear Halo support and they responded within a day and refunded the money straight away no fuss/drama. Very smooth process and good experience.
