Called to remove seven (7) creditors
Called to remove seven (7) creditors from list and only make payments for the two (2) that were being paid on by negotiation. However, they WOULD NOT lower monthly payment since seven (7) creditors were removed. They explained that lowering the payment would conflict with current two (2) creditors being paid. In other words, if I had not called today to remove the other seven (7), they would not be able to negotiate with those seven (7), until they were paid off in two (2) years. How was I or even them (COA) to deal with those seven (7) creditors for not being paid for two (2) more years? But they had their money earned in "Transaction Fees" and "Service Fees".
NOT a company looking out for their clients!!!

Ms. Mitch Azebu spent a full hour going through the items that I needed more clarification and I had an incredible customer service experience, definitely one of the best throughout my 73 years. She was very patient, went through each line where calculations needed to be made by hand. Her voice tone was excellent, her English was perfect. If Azebu is not in your (company)'s plans to move her up, she does not deserve to work for your company.
