I am so happy I have finally found a reliable Conveyancers to work along side my business. I set up on my own in Real Estate 1 year ago and made it my mission to source a fantastic Solicitors to refer my clients to. I wanted to find Solicitors that gave clear communication and and did what they said they would do. I can honestly say I have found them and can be at ease when I hand my Sellers and Buyers over to them. Thank you Mohammed and the team for all you do.

I can't believe the other reviews tbh. I have never used these solicitors before. They were recommended by the estate agents in Bolton selling one of our rental properties. They have been nothing but brilliant and at half the cost of other solicitors who by the way we have used for years, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Next year when we sell our next rental, we will definately be using them. Anam and Ethan were great.

Kept adding on more and more charges. Would never use these solicitors again. Avoid at all cost.
I have used many solicitors over the years, and these are by far the worst!

I have taken service from Clearwater solicitor (Mrs Sana Iqbal) number of times on purchase / refinancing conveyancing and commercial lease purposes.

She is very efficient and prompt with her work and completed all the services in a timely manner. She is always there if you need any clarifications.

Very rude staff. Lack of knowledge in law. had to instruct a better solicitor. I had to chase them all the time and tell them what they needed to do. Waste of time. Only interested in getting a cut of your compensation these are not to be trusted at all. Mo Yaqub (the director) has stopped replying and avoids our calls and emails. We have had to report this company to the SRA and the SRA have told us they have had other referrals for this company. Very bad company do not go anywhere near them. The reviews on Trust Pilot are suspiciously positive we and others do not believe these good reviews to be real. The negative reviews are all similar which shows they have all had the same awful experience.

Husssine delt with my matter very well every week was contacting my landlord we recived brilliant results back highly recommended .

I recently used the conveyance service with Clearwater & I couldn't be happier. From start to finish, I cannot fault this firm. Everything was done in a timely fashion, absolutely no delays and no excuses, just got on with the job. They were there to answer any questions I had, always reassuring, genuine and honest. I will not be using any other firm, and would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

I have used Clearwater’s soliciters through legal brokers who gave me quote which I was happy I can honestly say symran is a great asset to the company but some of there staff are very rude Will try to cheat u out on there completion bill u will get a price from legal brokers and u pay a deposit to them of £150 they will try not to minus that of your bill so be careful once they get your money they not interested just will ignore u better of with local soliciters who u can see face to face u definitely will get a better service

Currently using this company and have to comment how impressed I am with communication and attention to detail - only things I can say are all 110% positive and company really is a pleasure to deal with.
