Great service and great people. Dealt with my holiday sickness claim which took longer then expected but won the case shortly before trial.

So far not impressed at all, I'm having to chase them for any updates , when you ring reception say's I will get them to return your call......yeah maybe in 10years time, my file has been passed to the 4th case handler since 2015 , even though the ex employer has admitted liability, so clearwater what's the hold up .........taking it to (SRA) them to look into this practise .

Awesome team at Clearwater.....kept up to date all along the case...settled my claim against a very bad dental surgeon...no doubt I would use them again if needed

Absolutely disgusted with the service! Was told 4-6months now it's been a year almost still only just gone to court now they're sending me letters basically trying to say we are lying as we don't have pictures of the staff or the food .. sorry I like to eat my food rather than let it go cold as I'm taking a picture of the staff who made it and the meal itself!

The staff are rude! They don't inform you of anything I'm constantly chasing!

I have anxiety and depression I am stressed out and being treated like crap doesn't help!

Telling me it's no win no fee then send me letters saying they've racked up £3,000 in money then another 1,500 to come and do I want to cancel my claim! No I'd rather see this through even if it is a nightmare!

Gone to the wrong 3rd party as well according to their letter so probably will be a no win

I'm Very grateful how Clearwater Solicitors handle my case recently, the entire team are very professional. The staff listened to you carefully, empathise with you and help you claim what is rightfully yours. And will definitely recommend Clearwater Solicitors to anyone who had an accident and is not their Fault . Very efficient people.

Handled my family matter- my solicitor was very good and sympathetic. She was never too busy to take my call. I would recommend them.

This solicitor is purely in it for his own pocket and has no care about client money. File handler was always busy and never returned calls. Not recommended unless you want to constantly chase them rather then them update you.

On top of this they take so long to settle my claim. I felt like they did this on purpose so they can squeeze the insurance company for more money.

Use only if you wished to get robbed.

This company are pure rubbish they took a third of my claim not a big claim either .
I had to chase them all the time at times the girl was rude
They charged me 144 pound for a cancelled physio appointment

I had a claim with clear water solicitors last year. I was kept up to date with what was going on and the process was done efficiently and hassle free for me. I recommend clear water solicitors for any legal matter. They are very trust worthy and will get the work done!

The staff do not keep you informed with what is going on, everytime I ring up I am being told different things! The women who is sorting out my claim is very rude on the phone and even hung up on me! I would not recommend these solicitors, very poor service! And do not get the job done!

Honestly i would never reccomend this company. They lie to you are unorganised and very rude. The woman dealing with my claim is patronising and tried belittling me. She had a care free attitude. I sent all my paperwork on time and she claimed not to recieve it. I have to keep chasing my claim.

Seriously learn some manners. She treated me like im a child. Im a grown up man 27 years of age and a trainee pharmacist. Come off your high horse yes you are a solicitor but your not above humanity.

The third party insurers falsely accused me of making a fraudulent claim and they dragged the claim on for 3 years. My solicitors kept me informed throughout the claim and their expertise and ability to deal with complex claims prevaled and we won my case. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received and at the end of it I received 100% of my compensation. I would definitely recommend them.
