Professional And Answer Fast
Clemta is very professional. We started a new business in the US and needed someone to take care of the LLC, Taxes, IRS and federal obligations, so we can focus on the business. We're not US citizen so we needed a third party that we can count on. Clemta took care of all the process end to end from LLC to bank accounts, to tax and reports fillings. They answer fast and to the point. we're just finishing our first year with Clemta and we're very satisfied.

Incredibly Reliable, highly recommend
From the moment I started working with Clemta until the end of my subscription (1 year), the process has been impressively smooth and professional.
They handled my company's formation efficiently, including the EIN, and filing our operating agreement, setting up our Mercury bank account.
Chloe, Nur and Lily have been always supportive throughout the entire process.
While I occasionally wished for slightly quicker replies (often 2-3 days), every response was thorough, clear and genuinely helpful. There was a 4 month delay when I updated the company's ownership details, but this delay came from the IRS, not clemta, but only I found out it had been resolved after reaching out myself.
Aside from that one instance, the entire experience has been very helpful. And the team went above and beyond to guide me through the bank applications and tax filings (I filed in late), making sure everything was handled correctly.
I'm honestly very satisfied with their service and would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a reliable partner in compliance.
