I had a problem paying for the annual report, because the dashboard wasn’t showing payment link, but Cindy from the Clemta taxation team, solved the problem quickly and she sent me the payment link directly to my email and she made it easy steps for me. Also she explained to me what is exactly the annual report is, as I don’t know anything about it. She solved the problem that I had simply. Thank you very much for help. I appreciate it.

Very good service. I'm happy with Clemta

I founded my company with a clear timeline in mind. Before founding, it says that it only takes 2 days to found. However, after 3 weeks, my company is still not found. One excuse after another, USPS guidelines they cannot affect bla bla bla. This is something I have not been informed about before purchasing, as well as I founded 3 other LLCs before with other service providers and they all just took 2-3 days to found. Cannot recommend this service at this point tbh.

UPDATE: the customer support has been pretty helpful in resolving everything fast. The timeline has been miscommunicated in the beginning - but they did their best to make things right. They have decent business ethics, so they deserve the stars to be updated.
