SCAM company! Do not support! I ordered 2 personalized magnets a full month before I needed them (when I ordered told me they would get delivered in 10-15 days.) Got a bogus tracking number that just told me they left carrier and never any updates from there. Lost in mail.. not completely their fault but let's make it right since there is still time.. NOPE.. wait another week see if it shows up. Still didn't.. so now we are going to remake them. I ask for them to be expedited to me since they have wasted so much time already and I won't get them on time, but maybe just a few days late.. NOT A CHANCE.. I wait another 2 weeks for them to be remade.. still no new tracking number. Finally received a new one this morning.. did it get expedited.. NOPE.. I got ANOTHER bogus tracking number. Don't waste your money.. Clevefit, if you are a legit company which I highly doubt at this point, shut your doors because this is the worst company I've ever dealt with.

Their shipments take a while before they arrive, nothing new with that. Their prices are also better than anywhere else so this is why we keep returning. But be advised, whatever you gonna order, it likely will be late. Thanks.

I ordered two hats as Christmas presents on November 30th and have yet to receive them. I've never even received an email from them. When I go to tracking it says that it has been order but nothing else. After almost 30 days it should have been delivered.

This is THE worst company I have EVER dealt with!!! Do not waste your money with this company! I bought a comforter for my daughter for Christmas but then we decided to get her a bigger bed. When I went to ask for an upgraded size that I would pay for, they refused! And even though I did this on the SAME day I ordered, their policy is no changes after six hours. So when I asked for a return authorization to send it back once I receive it, they refused again and said they don’t offer refunds even if you return the item!!!!! What company does business that way?! Cheap piece of Chinese crap, and had I realized, I would never have ordered from them. I will be telling everyone I know not to use this company on every site I can find!!!

I purchased a University of Vietnam cap from this company the week of October 24. Payment was made by my bank on. Oct 24. and to this date I have not received a hat.

I ordered a deer hunting cap with leather accents....finally received a hat that was totally cloth....never again!

HATSTALK IS A SCAM!!! I ordered a paersonalized hat on september 6, 2022 and only received a tracking number saying my order is on the way. I tried emailing them with the email address and it says it cannot be found. NO phone number to this place. SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!!

I am out $40 ona hat. All they did was give me a tracking number on 9-20-2022 and has not even been pick up. Do not order from HATSTALK.COM

I ordered a hat that was supposed to say, One Nation Under God, but instead says, One ation Under God. The colors are not even close to being as vibrant as the ad. How do I get a refund? I don't want to wear a hat that says ation.

This is a scam, Scam Scam. I ordered a bed cover back Mid Sept. Can't get anyone to tell me where my order is. I did get notified that the shipper has made a USPS tracking label which was done on Sept 20th still has not shipped. I should have known better but shame on me. I hope that writing this review will stop 100 people from ordering from them which will cost them 10 times what they stole from me. Don't order from this company U will lose your money.....

This place is a complete scam!! I ordered two comforters with pillow cases, got an email saying they were shipped yet no tracking info worked. After a couple of weeks I emailed them and they claimed the shipper lost my order and they had to remake my items (nothing I ordered was personalized, don't tell me they make every item one by one per order because that's a crock of bs). Their email said my order would be shipped in 3-5 days and yet it's been another 2 weeks and I've gotten and heard nothing. "Please be patient" is their keep you waiting for nothing line. I'll be contacting my bank and getting my money back, these guys are scammers!!

I ordered wolf blanket on 8/25 and as of 9/23 still haven't received it, they blame it on usps and I have requested refund but they ignore and ask to be patient.

I ordered a wolf blanket back on 8/31 /2022 this is 9/12 Have not gotten a email receipt or a order tracking number or my product. My order was for over a hundred dollars . I would think I could get some kind of notice or product by this time .

Ordered $220.46 worth of merchandise, Native American Wolf blanket Super King size $109.99, Premium Personalized Native American zippered hoodie size Large, & Premium Unique Native American zippered hoodie size X large, bother at 59.99 each. Have not received them yet. Have emailed them, got one response on 08/29/2022, that delay due to personalizing of hoodie. Have not heard anything since. I would like merchandise or refund my money. Email address no longer valid, phone number no good on get beep. Sent text to 1-302-213-6789. Waiting to hear from them. If no response soon, will be contacting BBB,& CONSUMER AFFAIRS. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. VERY POOR SERVICE.😟😞😠😡. Just received partial of my oreder, not at all like the pictures showing items, have yet to receive blanket. When it comes will determine if I will return all items & request a full refund. Or just count my loses as Lesson Learned, if it looks to good to be true then it probably Is. Again Save your Money & disappointment. I'll never order from this company again. 😠😠😠😡😡 As of yet still have not received my Quilt, sent email that its being held up in customs, have to send it back to company, to be reshipped. No thank You, just REFUND MY $109.95 + TAX. YOU CAN KEEP THE QUILT. NEXT CONTACTING BBB, CONSUMER AFFAIRS, IRS, & ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICES. This SCAMMING company should be against the LAW. Should be Sued for False Advertising.👎👎👎

At this point , I am beginning to believe that this whole deal is a complete SCAM. They got my money, then I get no response other than an e-mail from somebody by the name John Doe. He states that there are problems with back order, and I should receive my order shortly. Again nothing.... I will be contacting the BBB and filing a major complaint, also contacting FB, For advertising for this product.

I FINALLY RECEIVED MY BEAUTIFUL QUILT, LOVED IT SOOOO MUCH, I ORDERED ANOTHER ONE. FEELS GREAT ON THE BODY WHEN SLEEPING

I ordered the queen size native wolf bed set and 3xl hoodie and total cost was $146.98 and got a email saying it would be sent out soon.There was no tracking number or confirmation other then thanks for payment. The order was placed on aug 25th 2022. I emailed them regarding order and was told they would get back to me but haven't, i also called a few times and left a message on a answering machine that only peeped. I checked my mastercard bass pro shop account and saw that clevefit took out $172.09 which is not the amount advertised for total amount plus tax with free shipping. I took snap shots of transaction and will hold clevefit accountable for the fraudulent charge. I now want a total refund put back on my card do to clevefits dubious activity. There business practices are horrible. You can not get a hold of them.

Delivered to mail box in a little plastic beg, kind of funny the return to: is John Doe TX the only tracking I received was it was held in Compton Ca I’m sure it was made and shipped from China, something fishy with this company. Any way the graphics are far from the picture, the front face of the hat has a foam backing and since It was shipped in a plastic bag the left side of the face has a permanent crease! I could of got a foam hat at the Carnival. Not A $29.00 + shipping hat, my bad I will never pulse by from an add on FB ever again! Be careful this company uses several different names, they claim to be out of Delaware!Thank for reading Pat M

I anxiously waited for my personalized hat only to be completely disappointed with this lousy product that you are selling.I will take the hit for buying into your scam but believe me ,I am putting the word out on your so called business. I can't read any of the printing on the hat and it's nothing like the picture on Facebook.
