Brilliant experience with Clever Closet
Brilliant experience with Clever Closet UK. Very attentive customer service from the head office staff, they confirmed everything and even called back with a closer fitting date when one was available.
Mark Stockwell was our fitter on the day (acct. no. 107170) and he was excellent. The work was neat and tidy, and he even went above and beyond to make sure everything was in keeping with the existing fixtures.
Very impressed!

Can’t fault them amazing work.
Can’t fault them, had understairs storage fitted, fitter turned up got to work, was done in within the day from start to finish, he was polite, respectful of our home. Cleaned away all the mess, worked outside most of the time building the draws and shelf.

Great fast survey and fitting and we are so happy with the result for the price. Graham was friendly and arrived early and I just let him get on with fitting until lunchtime. Fantastic use of our space
We had clever closet fitted last month, it is a game changer and has dramatically changed our space. The fitter was a bit stressed on the day and almost left without finishing the job however my husband talked him around as that would of been disruptive. So far it seems to be good quality and we are very happy with the customer service

Under the stairs storage
Recently had under the stairs storage fitted. Initially we were disappointed as the gentleman who came to measure said we could have a certain size and then we got a phonecall to say that was wrong and we needed a much smaller unit. Graham our fitter then arrived and explained everything so we were happy to proceed. Graham arrived on time, he was polite and could answer all our questions. He did a fantastic job, was clean and efficient and left the house spotless. A real experienced and knowledgeable guy. A credit to your company!

Very professional.
Joao (106884) was punctual, polite, and professional from start to finish. He did an excellent job and went above and beyond, adding thoughtful finishing touches such as covering the hole inside the cupboard left from relocating a socket to accommodate the installation. He kept the workspace clean and tidy throughout the day and left everything spotless when he finished. The quality of his workmanship was outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Highly recommended!

My experience was so painless
My experience was so painless, from start to finish.
My fitter Joao, job no: 107056 arrived on time.
July 9th was the hottest day of the year and Joao worked really hard.
My order was placed on 2nd July and installed and completed on 9th July.
Joao was so professional and polite, cleaned up all the mess before leaving.
Clever Closets, you have impressed me with the service I have received. I would definitely recommend them.

Great product, make sure you order everything

Only given a 4 as the sales guy has let them down!!! I really dont like being called Mrs when he clearly has my details which gives my name.
Told the sales guy when he came to our property the reason for the storage but when it came to fitting there was no shoe racks or coat rails. Staff in the office were excellent and Sean Gardner subbie fitter is a great asset to them. Sean saved the day by fitting shoe racks for us, we can then purchase coat hooks ourselves. Clever Closet have unfortunately lost sales due to their sales guy, i would advise that more training is given to him.
Overall though an excellent product.
