Adam our fitter did an outstanding job, worked really hard and went over and above to complete the work and tidied up after he had finished. Highly recommend this company, sturdy, robust cupboards.

After much research into companies who do the under stairs storage solutions I decided the company who seemed to be head and shoulders above the rest was Giobella. I had the units fitted today by Adam and he did a fantastic job. Real attention to detail and brilliant customer service. The space now has loads of storage capacity and looks great. I had chosen the high gloss fronts and they were the perfect finish, I love the look. I really don’t know why I didn’t get this done sooner.

I have wanted to do something with my understairs space for a long time. I found Giobella on Facebook and saw what they did. Great this is what I want. All the team were helpful. I would like to say thank you to Tony Crolla for put the project in motion. I would also like to say a great big thank you to Adam our fitter who has done an absolutely fantastic job. I absolutely love finished result and can't believe how big the drawers are. I will fill them. A great big thank you to all at Giobella and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We couldn't be more happy with our understairs storage and have no hesitation in recommending this company. From start to finish the service was excellent, Tony is so easy to deal with, no hard sell, just a good knowledge of his products which are of the highest quality. The storage drawers look really good and fit in perfectly with our decor, wish we'd done it sooner!

Our understairs storage was fitted yesterday by Adam. He did a fantastic job, it looks amazing. He worked hard all day to get the job completed and left it tidy. Transformed our hallway, thank you for all your hard work. All staff we dealt with have been friendly and helpful. Would definately recommend.

Made up with our understairs storage! Really wish I had done it sooner. I shopped around, as prices seem to vary quite alot and I eventually found understairs by Giobella. I really like that they have their prices online, so no hidden costs. I met Nick in the showroom and he was really friendly and honest about what could and couldn't be done with the space we had. I paid my £50 deposit and that secured the visit for them coming out to measure up. Nick kindly fitted that appointment in around my working hours. He arrived exactly when he said he would and even came back a few days before fitting, to double check a measurement, which I really appreciated. They also ended up being fitted 3 weeks earlier than expected!
Adam was our fitter, and he was great! He also arrived when he said he would and has done an amazing job! Really thorough with his work - you can tell he really enjoys what he does! He left the space spotless and even took our rubbish away with him, saving us a trip to the tip! A really great tradesman, that I wouldn't think twice about recommending to other people. Thanks again Adam :)

A great experience from our initial visit with Tony at the showroom to installation carried out by Adam. Adam did a fantastic job and left everything clean and tidy after completion. We are really pleased with the finished product.

​We’ve just had our drawers fitted and the whole experience was great. We first met Nick at the showroom and he was so lovely to me and my daughter while we were looking around. He explained everything clearly and really helped me decide what would work best. Even when I had some extra bits I wanted to add after he’d already done the measurements, he was more than happy to sort it out for me.
​The fitter, Adam, was also fantastic. He was really polite and professional, and you can tell he’s very experienced. Our house is a bit of a challenge with the way it’s built, but Adam found solutions for every little hurdle and the finished job is just perfect. It looks wonderful. Honestly can’t fault the service!

From initial enquiry to final installation it was a real pleasure to deal with this company. Very professional, accommodating and great comms throughout. The process from our initial enquiry was swift and drama free. The final installation took a couple of days and Paul, the fitter was great to have working on the project. He was professional,efficient, great quality of work and really neat and tidy. We are delighted with the finished product!

Absolutely delighted with the work carried out by this company from start to finish and such an amazing idea! I was struggling for space with base units in the kitchen so appliances would get put away and it was a chore to empty half the units to get them back out again. I also have a disability and through pain struggle to get stuff out of the base units, this will change my independence significantly. Paul the joiner was amazing! very professional and courteous. He worked extremely hard and cleaned up after himself as he went along. A big thank you to the team, I am very grateful, nothing was too much trouble at all. I will be recommending you guys to everyone including the Housing association I work for and any other Housing providers/contacts I meet in the future, well done you should be very proud of yourselves!

Adam turned up on time to install my under stair storage. He was friendly, polite and very professional!
He cleaned up after everything was installed and went through how that I should leave for 24hrs to settle and how to use correctly .

I had my fitting of my understairs storage yesterday by Adam. He has done an amazing job and worked really hard. He left my house immaculate and was polite and pleasant throughout. The storage is well made, structured and looks clean and tidy!
Tony communicated well throughout and gave a courtesy call to remind me of the fitting. Great company, thank-you.

I am very pleased with my white gloss under stairs storage (6 drawers and 1 door). The website was easy to navigate and get a quote but we still went into the showroom for a look at the options. Tony was super helpful in helping us decide what I wanted and booking the survey. When it came to fitting it. Adam was excellent. He removed the existing plasterboard wall and fitted the new storage in one day. Great attention to detail ensuring everything was aligned and slides smoothly. Great quality, masses of storage and looks very neat. Highly recommend.

Just had the understairs fitted. From start to finish the process was made easy from ordering to fitting.
Adam who fit them was excellent worked really hard for 2 days and everything he has done is perfect cant thank hin enough. Workmanship, communication and left our house spotless great job Adam thank you.

The process from enquiring to today has been effortless & Paul who came was so tidy & really did a superb job. From start to finish the whole process was genuinely amazing.
Tony the company director came out 75 miles gave us great advice, ordered instantly based on Tony being very knowledgeable and not pushing for a sale at all !
Then installation along came Adam, bang on time never stopped working into the evening bearing in mind he had a 75 mile journey home ! His attention to detail was exemplary can’t speak to highly about this guy most trade professionals I’m sure you agree start to clock watch and rush cut corners to finish at 2.0 not Adam he is amazing swept up! took time to explain the operation of my amazing new addition to my home creating a great space saving no clutter investment.
Certainly will be recommending these guys to all my friends and family!!!!
