Great results despite the timeleine changes
Great result and very happy with the fitting by Danny Marshall, he accomodated a few tweaks and made the most out of the space we had available, the result is great. He also gave me some recommendations with some of the additions I wanted to make. Very polite, hard working, good attention to detail and also very mindful with our house while working, tyding up and protecting the area to avoid any damage.
The only downside was the waiting, initially we had it booked withing 3-4 weeks (which was the shortest leadtime by far among other vendors/contractors). I had to move it to one week later, which they accomodated, but then the date was moved by clever closet several times, adding another 3-4 weeks of wait, a no-show, and a few re-scheduling calls. This was down to the limited number of installers in the Northeast of Scotland.
Lastly, the sales team and appointments team, were also very good, clear on the process, pricing and not too pushy. They made the best to keep me informed and were always polite.
All in all I am very happpy with the result and despite the waiting, I would definitely recommend.

He's helper also kept the work area tidy and both were diligent.

Communication from Jack was a great start and introduction to the company. Graham the fitter again kept me updated to arrival time and very accommodating. Avoid This Company at All Costs
Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with.
The surveyor spent over two hours at our house and repeatedly assured us that everything we requested would be included with no issues whatsoever. We were told “yes” to everything, giving us complete confidence to proceed.
However, when the joiner arrived to carry out the work, it quickly became apparent that the surveyor had completely messed the job up. Not only had he promised things that were not possible due to space limitations, but he had also taken incorrect measurements. The joiner was honest and professional and explained the reality of the situation, but by that point the damage had already been done. It was clear that the surveyor had failed to properly assess or plan the job.
To make matters worse, Clever Closets had also sent out the wrong parts, creating even more delays and frustration.
Customer service was rude, dismissive, and showed little interest in resolving the problems. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistakes, we were left chasing answers and getting nowhere.
After two weeks of back-and-forth calls, appointments, and wasted time, we are left with nothing but disappointment. The entire process has been a complete shambles from start to finish. Incorrect measurements, false promises, wrong parts, poor communication, and terrible customer service.
An absolute waste of time. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
