Hi after numerous emails & phone calls my son still hasn’t received his iPhone he ordered on the 24th he has been promised it will be delivered on numerous occasions. He bought this for his girlfriends 18th birthday out of his own money he saved very hard for. Ray has promised him on numerous occasions that the phone would be delivered guess what still no phone waiting four weeks now. I’ve been left with no option but to contact the European Consumer Centre of Ireland. Shocking customer service!!!!

I bought an i phonen7 before xmas from these scam artists for my sons xmas present it never worked properly so they told me to send it back to a place in dundrum it came back the same way so they told me to send it back to their shop in clare .we have heard nothing from them they dont answer emails or offer refunds my son has been without a phone for weeks now i would advise anyone thinking of buying any thing from this site to think again .They are cheap for a reason. They hace more or less robbed me of €350 and ruined my sons xmas present

I ordered an iphone 8 plus worth €575 on the 6th of February for my mother for Valentines Day and it said on the website it’s next day delivery. Over a month went by and I kept ringing and e-mailing and only got a reply once saying the phone they received wasn’t A grade quality so they sent it back and are waiting for it and it’ll be here soon. Kept waiting and nothing. I don’t mind the wait it’s the not replying and giving me the information I want that bugged me. Safe to say customer service is horrendous!! I stated on the e-mail I want to know where my phone is or I want a full refund. They never e-mailed me back but one morning I received a text and e-mail saying my item has been refunded on the 6th of March and I know it takes 3-5 working days for a credit card transaction. It has been 2 weeks now and my money isn’t in the bank yet. I’m absolutely gutted they took my years saving and don’t even know how I’ll get it back. Please don’t order anything here!!

My daughter phone which I had paid 500 euro gave up after 11 months. Had a 2 year guarantee. After approx 4 weeks got a reply from them to send phone back. I send phone back. Got email after another 4 weeks saying it was fixed and would be in the post that evening. Still waiting and that was the 27th February. Nobody answering phone or emails. Absolutely terrible.. 500 euro for a phone for 11 months. KEEP FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. BIGGEST SCAM GOING I AM NOW GETTING ON TO COMSUMER RIGHTS AS THIS COMPANY IS STILL OPERATING i THINK.

I ordered a iphone 7 bundle deal 360 euro paid for on the 6th of feb. my order was confirmed and like the rest i got worried and sent an email only to receive an email saying there was an issue with quality control and my order would be expected to be dispatched at the end of the week (of feb ) i have sent over 10 emails and rang an 083 number and yes no response to anything over 4 weeks later i am still waiting on my phone and no member of the company has contacted me ,
I have been in touch with 3 other people that this has happened to and if we do not receive refunds by Monday we have been offered to speak publicly on the radio which i would only be delighted to do
stay clear from this "company "

No product received 2 weeks after order costing €409. Delivery was to be 7 days (not specified if working days or not) Appalling customer service. No explanation. Will not respond to emails or messenger message. Emailed ray@click who only responds to positive comments. Still no response. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE ON RECEIVING A PRODUCT WHEN 74% ARE UNHAPPY. Unfortunately, my teenager used her own money to buy from this company which came highly recommended from a friend who was successful in receiving a phone, but didnt check the reviews. Lesson learned. Ray Nortons Company is a SCAM. I will update if she receives a phone... March 11, one month on and still no phone🥶

I ordered an iphone 7, over two weeks ago now. Delivery advertised between 3 and 5 days. I reached out on multiple platforms to get an update as to when phone would be delivered; via facebook messenger, multiple emails and emails addresses and phone.

I got one response from Mark 10 days ago, which was helpful. This suggested that there was a delay in quality control, which is fine. I appreciate them explaining the delay in order to ensure that the product is of the quality described.

However this is over 10 days ago now. I have continued to reach out on various platforms for a simple update and reassurance that I will (eventually!) get my phone, with no such luck. Given that the money has gone out of my account, the least click could do is send me an update. NOT MUCH TO ASK!

They have since emailed me to tell me that my order cannot be fulfilled and to ask my bank to issue me with a chargeback, which my banks says they cannot do. €300 down the drain.

Trash company! My sister ordered a Gold iphone8 on the 14/12/2018. They sent out a Black iphone that was still connected to someone elses icloud. She sent the phone back and it was delivered back to the store and signed for 29/01/2019. They advised the correct phone would be sent out. Fast foward to the 19/02/2019 still no phone. I contacted Ray and he advised I would have a call back by the end of the day from the "accounts" department. I asked for a direct number and he advised he couldn't provide it.Guess what no call back and no one will answer phone calls or emails.

Stay clear of this company .Extremely poor customer service.

Phone died after approx 4 weeks of use - took 1 week to get a response from click.ie. Sent phone back 3 weeks ago, cannot get thru to anyone since or my emails not being answered! Very frustrating service!!

Where do I start.. ordered a phone last Monday week. I called Click on the Thurs to see if it would be delivered as it was my daughters birthday present. I was told it takes 3/5 days and we would not be getting it. Called And called on Mon this week And left numerous mails this week only to finally find out there is an issue with quality and there was an order on the way from the USA and I should have the phone dispatched today. Ray promised to call me but no call today and guess what?? You guessed right, nobody returned my call. My daughter is so upset. I understand things happen but as a customer who has already paid for something that has not arrived, I expect customer service!! I will call one more time in the morning and if nobody picks up, I will call my credit card company and cancel the payment. I will go to another company and order for next day delivery. I’m very disappointed and angry 😡😡

Ordered a phone 4 weeks ago, said it’ll come in between 2 weeks, 2 weeks later I call them and text them and no response, called them last week Wednesday said it’ll come Friday and if not definitely Monday, call them today and they say that it’ll come Wednesday, let’s goo bois

I bought 3 phones.
The Pump it up mini speaker that came with the phones (bundle deal) are not compatible, additional adapters are required. everything else was ok.

Delivery was great my phone came in 3 days after I ordered it. However the charger provided didn't work. Overall I would recommend this service- great deals !

Ordered an iPhone 8 on the 28th of December for a really good price. Started to get worried after two weeks when there was no shipping updates. Contacted Click who said they were getting through their Christmas backlogue. This was understandable of course but I am still perturbed about the money being debited instantly rather than when the product was actually posted. The phone arrived via An Post about a month later in perfect working condition. Another thing which made me question the legitimacy of Click were the many articles and comments on the Christmas period of 2017 where apparently a lot of customers never received their phones followed by the company going into receivership last April. I would shop again with Click but I have to say, more contact with customers after goods are purchased is needed.

I’ve bought 3 phones with click in the last few months and all where in perfect condition and boxed up and presented like new, definitely be using click again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good phone at a decent price

Purchased refurbished Iphone 7 for son for Xmas. Phone like new. No issues at all. One very happy kid. This is the second phone I've purchased from them. Had minor issue with Iphone 6 we bought a couple of years ago, I brought it back to their store in Maynooth and they replaced it immediately. That phone still going strong also.

Read awful reviews which had put me off but phone arrived on time and in perfect condition only thing wrong was it came with a broken charger overall delighted with click.ie

Ordered an iphone7 "bundle" for my daughter for Christmas.... took a little while for delivery (black friday)... the "speaker" was very cheap and hit the bin within a week but the phone and power bank were perfect... came with the iphone box and charger.. few marks on the screen that hadnt been stated on the ad, but overall a great deal and I'd definitely buy from click again

Bought an IPhone 7 arrived on time and no hassle with it. Very easy deal with too. Would recommend
