As a medium-sized NGO we’ve been using ClickMeeting regularly to deliver educational sessions to diverse audiences. Many of them are elderly people. Overall, it’s been a very useful tool that supports our mission well.

What we like most is how easy it is to set up and manage events. Features like registration, automated reminder emails, presentation streaming, and audience engagement tools (like polls and Q&A) are great. The user interface is clean and intuitive, even for non-technical persons and the automation saves us a lot of time.

The "Presentation Streaming" feature is especially helpful; it lets us share slides smoothly without screen sharing.

That said, there are some limitations. We’ve also had a few instances where participants with weak internet connections struggled with audio or video quality.

In summary, ClickMeeting is a reliable, professional platform that supports the core of our work: accessible, engaging online education.

Excellent functions and superb customer care

The application is very intuitive. It has many interesting options that Zoom does not have. It combines excellent functionality of webinars and online meetings. Helpdesk is fast and responsive. You can talk to a person and not just a bot, which is a luxury today. I am very satisfied and recommend! I see two disadvantages: it has a problem with uploading presentations generated in CANVA and presentations uploaded from Power Point do not have working animations. There is also a conversion of quality to worse, which is difficult for graphics with a large number of elements.

ClickMeeting is super easy to use and offers interesting tools and features for the users! Great for large audience events and very convenient.

Never buy from them. They make it so difficult to cancel and even after 5 calls and 2.5 hours on the phone they still took money out of my account for renewal and then never answer emails. Avoid like the plague. Jonathan Wallett

Thank you for your reply - albeit inaccurate. So if you are sure of your facts, will you :
1. Refund all monies paid since 2019 as you said I had a feee account?
2. Pay for my time for the 17 emails since October which you only gave generic replies to and the 45 minute call I made to you to cancel my account in October?
Give me a direct email address, I’ll send you proof together with the money you stole from my credit card account in November.

I found this very cumbersome to use, and not very intuitive. After uploading my presentation that took me hours to create, the program altered my text font and layout. I could not use the presentation, making the entire platform useless to me.

Very good platform for webinars! They introduce a lot of facilities and new tools. I am satisfied!

Excellent service. I do dozens of webinars yearly on this platform and it is reliable, stable, providing good video quality at reasonable pricing.

I've used clickmeeting for many years now and it is perfect for my needs. I run dozens of training classes and webinars as well supervision sessions for therapists, and the flexibilty and automation makes life SO easy! A huge help section, instant reply from customer support when you need it (which is rarely) and more facilities than you can imagine makes this number 1 for me - and I've tried LOADS of others!

Pricing is also very good and everybody who earns money in online is able to have paid version. I recommend you a lot!

I have been using the Clickmeeting platform for 3 years now. To be completely honest with you, I don't know any other better option at this price and THIS quality. Online meetings, recordings, parallel meetings - no problems.
In my opinion, this is the best the best place to organize remote training sessions or meetings.
