I very much appreciate clickmeeting for their customer service quality. Application has interesting options, the ability to record. We have been using it for several years and we are satisfied.

Clickmeeting is sufficient for us to conduct webinars for our clients. The best thing is the support - always very quick to answer any questions. The only downside is the performance of the video in the presentations uploaded.

I really appreciate the automation features available in the ClickMeeting application, particularly the ability to send automatic notifications to users. However, I find it lacking in the option to set speakers, which hinders conducting meetings from a professional studio setup. Additionally, I would improve the certificate issuance feature; the current template feels outdated. It would be fantastic to have the ability to upload custom templates, perhaps in PNG or JPG format.
