Fantastic service, ordered a race suit in October 20-22 sent free of charge by special delivery in time for a gala. Unfortunately the Speedo race suit was faulty. As it hasn't been very warn much I contacted click swim who immediately said not to worry and send back and they would replace. Have been fantastic kept me informed end-to-end service will definitely be using them again.

Just a top rate experience. We ordered a Speedo racing fast skin, which was hard to find online, in the correct size. This was on sale, and we were thrilled to find it. After ordering, I reached out to enquire about delivery, and the lovely customer services man arranged for next day delivery so that it arrived in time for my daughters competition. The swimsuit is excellent as was the service

It's been 9 weeks since I ordered a bag and though it says it's a NZ site it isn't. It's based in the UK. They've ignored my emails and I'm assuming I may have to write this off. DON'T ORDER THROUGH THIS SITE.

I ordered 2 goggles - it looks like an NZ based site but it is not. Only two pairs have arrived. I have sent 3 emails and called them but no response thus far. Thats pretty poor customer service.
