Update - They did end up sending me a replacement but still didn't provide tracking number. I did eventually received replacement order after waiting another month.

Store in UK- prepare to wait ages for your product
I thought this was a NZ store as its website ends in .co.nz ... i was wrong. Had to wait over 2 weeks for my purchase to come from the UK. I won't be making this mistake again
