I am worried about whether this company legit or just to steal money. I booked a hotel without realizing that I am using this click travel, the link said 'book with the hotel' and I assumed I am going to the hotel website and booking. But after I booked and paid with my credit card, I never received a confirmation email or anything like that and now its been three days passed and there is no genuine website to enquire?

I was making a reservation for a Wyndham hotel and they said they would make my flight reservations. The trip got canceled because of us, friend and one click refuses to refund my flight cost, even though they got refunded. They’re just stealing my money. Don’t use these people.

Terrible. book seats on trains that cost far in excess of what I would pay if i did not have to use this awful organisation and, beware, their phone number (which I have to use as the site is so awful) is a premium rate number

This company works in partnership with another company - Venue Directory, they sent me an email saying = "Click Travel have received an enquiry and we have short-listed your venue. Click on the button NEW ENQUIRY to see details and submit your response." We have not had any dealings with Venue Directory or Click travel, how have we been listed? and how have we had an enquiry.

With Covid disruptions, our flights to Europe for March got cancelled. Click Travel were very hard to track down and ended up being totally disinterested and uncooperative.
March 2023 is still over 60 days away! Why no refund?

I accidentally booked a no-cancellation room at a hotel in Manchester for the wrong night. Lucy from Click Travel was exceptional in liaising with the hotel to amend this to the correct night for me. Upon first saying the change would cost £340 or alternatively I would be charged the full price for this night, Lucy managed to avoid both of these on my behalf when speaking with the hotel. Amazing service and very much appreciated

A good website I use for work trips. Easy to navigate, staff are friendly and helpful. However with work accounts Click Travel staff weren't able to change my email address log in when I changed my surname and was given a new email address at work. This meant my employer had to create a new account for me (which takes time in a big company) and the bookings under my previous name/email address could no longer be accessed and were lost. Something for Click Travel to look into improving so to better streamline their service.

your staff at click travel were very helpful with my situation very keen to get to the bottom of the problem which was good for me. they really helped me out and showed me step by step what to do. Thank you very much,
