Client Server have always found us exceptional developer candidates - both permanent and freelance - that meet the requirements we give them regarding skillset or rates. It's quality over quantity and they take a huge amount of the leg work out of recruitment by really filtering the pool of potential hires before they get to us.

I applied for a role close by which suited my skillset and was contacted thereafter by a Callum Powell. From the start, Callum made it crystal clear to me the process was 3 stages, phone, 1st int. then 2nd and final int. As I was going away on a 2 week break just shortly after applying, Callum arranged for a merger of phone int. and 1st stage int. to speed up the application process for me. During my time on annual leave I also made it clear to Callum to keep me posted, I was going to spend 2 weeks away 5hrs behind UK time. No matter what, phone, email, whatsapp, carrier pigeon, smoke signals, Callum was always lightening fast to respond and always had answers. Since being in the role for nearly 6 months, Callum has regularly touched base to see how things are for me which is refreshing and new to me, previously once I've been placed I never hear from a recruiter again. Callum does things differently. Regardless of how long I stay where I am, or how many places I move onto thereafter, I will always keep in touch with Callum, he's professional, communcative, has emotional intelligence, listens, produces solutions and delivers.
