Good Price, But Lacking in Support
I recently purchased a Riello split system and ran into issues while trying to configure it through the official app, which turned out to have a known bug. After some frustration, I contacted Riello’s main office in Veneto, where the support team — fully aware of the issue — guided me through a manual reset process over the phone that finally allowed the configuration to work.
While I appreciated the efficient support from Riello directly, I was surprised that the vendor I bought the system from wasn’t aware of this known problem or the workaround, especially since they are responsible for both sales and warranty support.
That said, the system itself works well now, and the price was very good — great value for money. I just hope future buyers get more proactive assistance from their point of sale
