The customer service has been great and the team were helpful and kind with answering questions. The products look brilliant, they are a present for a friend so not used yet. I have mentioned ClimbersGift to friends who have also purchased and who love the products. Who knew we all have such good taste!

This company may have a UK address but 10 days after ordering via EXPRESS delivery which they state to UK DELIVERY 4-7 days well 10 days after ordering guess what it's coming from CHINA....YEP CHINA!!!!
They have never responded to my numerous emails so I have now raised a PayPal dispute. Scam ghost company !!!

Cannot recommend these guys enough. I bought the Boulder Block for my climbing mad son - he was a bit confused at first on how to use it, but the climbing cards have given him a start and then his imagination takes off from there.

I ordered the crimp war game for a friend’s Christmas present, which was a bit damaged (had a small chip). I reached out on their website and they were able to resolve my issue in a timely manner. They had great customer service and I personally like this version compared to other crimp wars.

I bought two blocks, one for my daughter and one as a gift. I received them with a couple of gifts and the game cards.
The block is of very good quality, and the small pieces have a very good grip.
Don't hesitate to buy them on the website.
There are several that claim to be original, but are actually copies.

After some problems with Evri the boulder block arrived! Its fantastic quality with a lovely feel to it. Little bit of an enjoyment curve but once you get the hang it can be really fun!

Please make sure you get jt from the Offical site too as their are scammers out there.

Great gift for climbers! Authentic and original product

I first saw the Boulder Block off a scammer site! It took me some searching before I found ClimbersGift and their products are awesome. Love the quality of the products. My bouldering loving teens love their finger band and strength trainer, and the customer service (shoutout to Ryan!) is excellent. I enquired about something and the service was prompt and generous. Definitely the real deal and make sure you buy from ClimbersGift, not the cheaper copycat ripoffs from other storefronts.

Placed an order with express delay 7th Aug.
Now 18th and not arrived.
Not sure about the link to the SHOP app to track delivery one minute it should goods delivered 2 hrs ago next time log in is shows item being prepared .
Avoid.
I will seek a refund via my credit card.

Ordered more than a week, no news about shipment of the item, no answer from customer service. STAY AWAY!

I went to website, wanting one of item. Was bit worry if it's legit site. Saw trust pilot 4.5 rating, the I pressed I got redirected back to their website. Came here to check and I see it's barely 2.6.
So haven't used, but rating 1 star for fake info.

Absolute disgrace of a retailer! Bought the climbing hold mugs. On first use the handle fell off pouring hot tea all over the user! They've now changed the description to say, "Not suitable for hot drinks"!! They're mugs!!!
They said they'd replace them but just sent exactly the same mugs & have since refused to respond to any emails!
AVOID THIS DREADFUL SCAM RETAILER!!!!!!!

Most expensive pair of free socks and wrapping paper I've received. Should have just bought them on Etsy and been done with them.

An update to my review below. I finally received a reply from climbersgift today who confirm the order is in its way. Hopefully then this will prove to be legit.

As with others I have concluded this is a scam. Ordered a block before Xmas, some free socks and wrapping paper were dispatched and the block ‘delayed’. Since then there has been no further updates and no replies to my emails.

Was really hoping to receive the boulder block but after waiting for a month with no updates and not a single reply to my emails and Instagram messages, I lost all hopes. They even posted new advertisements on Christmas and chose not to reply to my messages. I don’t think any customers deserve such treatment. Also saw other customers having the same issue, so I would safely call this a scam.
