Average due to notification of when my items will be shipped
I am rating them as average, as my order is still in fulfillment and has not shipped to me. I ordered on July 26, 2020 and as of today, Aug 3, 2020, my order still has not been shipped and there is no indication on when it will be shipped.
Prices are good, but so far the service is slow to deliver the product and there is no indication of when my product will be delivered.

What is manual verification
Placed order July 6. Status shows manual verification required. I have emailed company twice and have not received any response. I understand that COVID is causing delays. However I placed 2 orders on the same day as this, with vitacost and Zhou nutrition, and have received both already. Will not order from here again.

The Manual Verification Required status is our simple way to delay accepting payments until we ship to customers. This simply assures the customers that we do not process their payments while delays occur in fulfillment of the orders. We prefer not to get paid for the products until we are ready to ship due to random Brand backorder statuses. Thank you
