Absolutely love Cloak Vintage! I recently bought a sweater, and it’s even better than I expected—great quality, perfect fit, and exactly as described. The customer service was fantastic, super helpful, and my order arrived quickly. You can tell they really care about what they do. I’ll definitely be shopping here again. Highly recommend!

The sweater I ordered has more defects than shown in the photos and is more rubbish than vintage. If I had known that I would have to pay €17 in taxes (+€10 shipping) for rubbish, I would never have ordered from there. I just wish that when I saw the tax charge, I had rejected the package and sent it back to the UK unopened. All in all, far too expensive. Furthermore, the clothes arrived stinking like a wet dog and were not sent via the specified delivery service, which made tracking the package difficult.

Brilliant customer service, when one of the two items I choose ( on separate days) was no longer available I was offered a full refund or replacement item, choose second item, both items arrived on the same day, even though they where ordered two days apart and the replacement having to be picked, both items in excellent condition, love the stickers too, will definitely be ordering more,

What a brilliant company! I have been so impressed not just with how quickly items are delivered but the helpfulness of the staff. When the first fleece I got was (I suspect!) Stolen from where it was left at my door I wrote to let the company know what had happened. Dolly was so obliging and let me choose another fleece to replace it which I didn't expect at all! The replacement fleece has just been delivered only a couple days after sending and is just perfect I'm so delighted with it and the standard of customer service. Bravo cloak vintage and Dolly!!

If ordering from the Republic of Ireland please be aware you will have to pay a customs charge. My fleece was £39.85 which equates to €47.78 and a customs charge of €15.20.

original item i ordered was out of stock, however i was contacted quickly regarding this and told i could choose a replacement item to make up for this. my replacement hoodie arrived today and i am very happy with it, great quality and very comfortable. customer service was very helpful. i would definitely recommend this company!

I had issues with returning a parcel and my attempts to contact customer service amounted to nothing. This has been the first and only issue I have had since I found them in 2021 but I lost trust in the company assuming a change in management. I love the clothes on there and they have some decent finds with accurate and transparent descriptions of the clothes you buy.

After writing my first review I was contacted by the owner, he was apologetic, fixed everything and sent a free jumper in the post based on the sizes I bought previously from them. It was explained that their returns address moved and they have had problems causing delays and misplaced parcels. He did not request I update or remove my review in exchange for my compensation which shows they are a trustworthy business.

I am extremely happy with my purchase from these guys. Great communication, the item arrived quickly and completely as described, I highly recommend cloak vintage as a trustworthy seller.

Item didn't fit, not true to sizing. sent it back and received no refund. emailed several times with no response.

UPDATE:
Finally received my refund after 3 weeks of chasing

Ordered some trousers MONTHS ago with a voucher I received from a family member. Trousers got lost in the post but eventually the owner of the company reached out to me, offered a full refund and even a 30% discount on my next order.

Had an issue with postage from royal mail and the original package was unsent, contacted customer services and did have a couple issues there. Was explained to me that there was an overwhelming workload as of late. Was reached out to by Rob from cloak vintage, a replacement and partial refund was sent.

The fleece I ordered arrived really quickly and quality was as shown in the listing, sizing was accurate too

The package arrived quickly, but sadly wasn’t my size. So I went to return it, easy, posted it to them… but I still have no refund and no confirmation that it’s coming anytime soon. I’ve emailed 3 times, using both my personal email and the “contact me” page on their website. Everything up until the return process has gone incredibly well and I’m now really disappointed.
