My first great impression of Closet Factory was with designer Carrie in October 2021. I needed a Reach -in closet for a small space in my bedroom. She immediately understood my needs and walked me very patiently through the design to my satisfaction. Susan was my scheduler, she was excellent with working with me for a preferred date, and then came John my installer who did a fantastic job! Right after the installation, I noticed that one of my drawers was a bit stiff and contacted the office who arranged for John to return very promptly to fix it. I am thoroughly pleased with the final product, my closet looks beautiful, exactly as I had imagined! Thank you, Closet Factory, so glad I chose you over the 'other' company! :-)

Other than our initial interaction with the sales rep, dealing with Closet Factory has been a horrible experience. Four months later, we have a partially completed project, partially installed incorrectly, pieces in boxes still sitting in our family room, with no plan to complete it. Communication is horrible, with four rescheduled install dates, no one able to return phone calls, broken promises, and misinformation. We have tried to escalate to management or ownership who have not responded. We are so frustrated and would NEVER recommend Closet Factory to anyone in our network.

The Closet Factory did such a beautiful job with my wife's closet and our laundry room cabinets, we asked if they could build us a wine bar/cabinet. We told senior designer Heather Browning our vision and she came out and drew up a
beautiful plan. Her ideas were outstanding!! They build their own products and everything is first class and perfect! Our installer Bryson did a meticulous,outstanding job and the
communication from Lacey was top notch
with outstanding customer service! The owner Joe really cares about the product and service that they give. We definitely recommend Heather Browning and Closet

Do not use! It’s been over a year and my closet is still not complete. Installed damages drawer and never came back to fix. Missing items and wrong items were installed and I had to call numerous times to get them fixed. The sales representative / designer is zero help and does not return calls or refers you to main office. The main office either doesn’t respond or blamed new ownership and other vendors/subcontractors. Did not show up for scheduled installation twice. Installation took a lot longer due to constant need to return to fix and bring correct materials. Late for appointments or just didn’t show at all. Overpriced product. There is nowhere to leave a review on their website and now you know why.

The installers were amazing. On time, friendly, polite, and did an amazing job. Thank you Closet Factory for hiring both Jan and Drew they definitely represented your brand.

As a 1st time customer I couldn’t be happier. Heather was amazing. Meticulous, professional and knowledgeable. She understood my needs and made great suggestions. The quality of the drawers, cabinets and hanging rods are very good with nice hardware. The installers Theri and Dru did a fantastic job. They worked diligently and made sure everything was clean and perfect. It came out exactly as I wanted. Looking forward to my next project!

Met my expectations and more! Consultant easily guided us in selecting what we needed. Installation team of Bryson, Thailand and Sierra arrived exactly at 7:30 am. informing us of their procedure for installing our two reach-in wall systems and laundry room cabinets. They are beautiful! High quality. Install took less than 3 hours. Very efficient install. Highly recommend the Closet Factory.

Very pleased from the initial design down to installation. Installers (Jan, Drew and Tailand) were excellent. They were very professional and friendly and installed 4 closets and a pantry in less than 6 hours.
Highly recommend and probably will be calling to have more work done.

We have had the best experience from start to finish with our custom closets. Patrick created an amazing design for our spaces. He incorporated everything we wanted and needed into a beautiful design. Jan and Drew were our installers. Their work was perfect. They left the closets cleaner than when they arrived. They were on time, professional and great craftsmen. We highly recommend Closet Factory and their team.

I can't thank Julie Green enough on helping make my vision come to life. My son and I are over the moon with the completed built in for the family room. Julie came to my home in August to see the space and I visited the factory to put final touches a few days later. Let me tell you it was like a kid in a candy store for me. Jesus installed the built-in in early October and it is fabulous work. I'm so happy with the finished product and can't wait to get started on my closet design next. This is the second job I have contracted with Closet Factory. Nine months ago, I had them remodel my Master Closets. This time, I needed some new laundry room and basement cabinets and I knew who to call. Janean (again) asked all the right questions and designed exactly what I needed. Brian and Charles installed everything beautifully (again). I am impressed with the skill and knowledge of the installers. They were very respectful of our home, never complained about other construction that got in their way, and cleaned up everything when they left. I would recommend these folks to everyone!

Excellent design and installation. In a new home without a basement or attic and needed organized storage. The garage has cabinets that are tall and have depth which is the best solution!
My closets have drawers and shelves. Amazing how everything fits and accessible, as well as looking sharp!

Wonderful experience with Closet Factory every step of the way. Knoledgeable sales person who made great recommendations. Installers were friendly and professional. We love the new look and all the awesome storage space in our utility room and home office. Would highly recommend!👏👏👏

Closet Factory is the best! We especially like working with our rep Sue Pike. The installation teams are on time and efficient. You would never know they had been in your home except for you beautiful closets! We love our pantry, laundry room, bedroom closet and guest room Murphy Bed!
