I love my closet. It's beautiful and affords me so much space. Everyone we worked with was wonderful and I couldn't believe how quickly they put it all together!

My experience with closet factory was good. I was especially pleased with the consultant who did the layout for my walk in closet. She was very pleasant to work with and did an excellent job of planning for my needs. Her name was Jillian. Thank you Closet Factory for making this a pleasant experience!

The actual cubbies are terrific. The drawers turned out on a slant due the wall not being straight. However, the system did not cover the holes in my wooden floors or the holes in the walls where there the original pole for hanging existed.

I was impressed with the professionalism exhibited throughout my experience with Closet Factory. From the time the consultant (DiDi) came to my house (on time and when promised), it was a very pleasant experience. Installation was done well and as expected by considerate and capable installers. The end result was very nice and I was extremely pleased with the entire process.

We had custom built cabinets made for the garage. They came out amazing. Black with a grey medal handle that runs the length of the 10 foot cabinets. It's worth the wait. Thank you Walter for all of your help. The process was enjoyable, and the cabinets came out perfect.

I’m so happy l chose Closet Factory to complete my pantry. Starting with my designer Nina Spohn was excellent, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She even made suggestions and took her time to make sure my design was satisfactory. As for the installation process The gentleman was professional and did an excellent job. I couldn’t be any happier!!!! As for any future home improvements l would definitely consider purchasing their products and hopefully working with the same designer Nina Spohn.

We worked with designer, Karen Harding and she was wonderful. Our project demanded a lot of creativity to maximize storage and organization, in a small condo. Karen was diligent and creative, and we are super happy with the final result. Would highly recommend Karen. The installers were very professional as well and efficient with the install.
