"missing info." Apparently the designer measured wrong, but they never reached out to me to get the measurements. Senior Sales Manager, Alex Bendigo, supposedly "fixed" the order and emailed me his changes for my approval. His changes included a shelf unit that is 96" tall when our closet is only 82" tall. I replied with the correct measurements a week ago and told him exactly what I needed, and he has yet to respond to the email. He doesn't answer calls or return voicemails either. At this point my husband and I have called Closet World at over 6 different phone numbers well over 20 times, as well as emailing clientissues@closetworld (as I was told to do in my original review) and we still have no answers to when our order will be delivered. Absolute scam company they oversell under deliver. They installed with chips damage to each panel. It looks like they scrapped an old job and put it in my garage. I was also told that the seals would be irritated and not only that that I could store food in it. No intentions on doing such but these are normal cabinets. Nothing about them gaps in the seams was just a complete lie when installed they brought the wrong handles and they applied them to high. It looks weird. I asked for them to fix it and every time customer service would say that manager was out of town. I could’ve taken them to small claims as I didn’t sign the release form but I just was over dealing with such a ridiculous lying company. Do not go through them. It will be a big investment for a very disappointing outcome.

Worse customer service I ever had or should I say non existent. Still unable to speak to anyone but call center. No response to calls emails or messages. Save yourself time and money and hire anybody else. Total scammers. Product inferior, installation a nightmare.
