Friendly and very accommodating team, great unit.
The company and all staff were very friendly and well organised.
Our instalation was in a shared bungalow for 5 learning disabled residents and the whole team went out of their way to fit the instalation into a time that was as convenient as possible for the residents!
We wondered if some of the residents would be worried about using a wash dry toilet or that the water wouldn’t be set at a comfortable temperature, however, everyone found it easy to use and got used to it quickly with no concerns.

Great service, good product.
Great customer service, fitters and inspectors. The whole experience of having a Closomat toilet has been so easy.
My only issue is that I wanted to keep my old toilet to use as a planter in the garden but the fitter took it away (he must have forgot to leave it as I asked him), other than that a great experience and a good product.

Annual service for Palma Vita toilet
John did the Annual Service of my Palma Vita toilet to a high standard as usual, which he has done for many years now, which has kept it working well for the 10 years I've used it.
The call to say he would arrive in 15 minutes was a big help too, as its not always easy for me to get to the door quickly so I had a chance to prepare.
