Plese do not use Closte. The person who did my website recommended it to me and for one year, while they were only working on the website (the website was not even functional) I paid 260 dollars. This is ridiculous. At Bluehost I pay 100 dollars a year and I have 50 GB of storage.

Overpriced product, very rude support. Server performance is good on most days but I deserve better as a customer and am going to move. Teach your customers some manners on how to interact with humans :)

I am finding their support knowledgebase really clear and, if I need more help, the replies very concise and helpful.
Well worth investigating to see if Closte is the platform for you.

It's a pity that the quality of their hosting is not equal to the quality of their support service, every time I write I have the feeling that I'm going to get any rudeness. Whenever I write I try to be extra friendly so I don't get bitten by the wolf and 80% of the time I come out of there feeling like a fool. If they don't like to serve customers they should do something else.

I try for 20+30 (50) us to see how it works. Then, it seems not to support my page builder-Oxygen, and block exporting of product list. Then, I decide to remove my site. At the time, I delete my site my balance is around 20 us. Then, a week later I log-in back and all of my credit us use up!!!
How come is it like that when I already delete all of my data but the service charge is still running.
Please avoid at all costs and do not waste your time with this company.
The Worst Ever Scam
Closte is the worst ever hosting company with pathetic support. I signed up for a trail and they charged me $20, but when my site didn't work after setting it all up their response was so rude that at first, they made it seem like "I don't have anything to do with your website." They had no idea what happened or how to fix things - literally! That's why you should never use them as your host because if something goes wrong then you'll be out of luck.

Horrible hosting service. Their customer support sucks completely. I was migrating my site and their reply comes like 20 to 30 hrs. How can one work like this? This company will go down very soon.
Worst Hosting Company and Support
I never ever been in such hosting before. They had the world's poor support and all those are ruddy. You ask for help but do not expect to get a reply soon. In my case they usually reply after 12-15 hours and sometimes next day. So beware of their support and pricing is not great either. I have new website around 200-300 visitor but end up paying 7 - 10 USD. I can easily get affordable Managed WP hosting for the same price or I can host it on AWS Lightsail for 3.5 USD per month. So I do not recommend.
