Scam!

Scam!! I don't even know how they tricked me in signing up. One minute I was buying a Zara Mystery Box, that was supposed to cost X then they asked for extra £2 some sort of tax. I stopped there and didn't follow with the transaction next thing I receive a bunch of emails about subscription. They charged for the box and then again 3 days later. I asked them to cancel my subscription and a refund but they did it's nonrefundable also no record of me purchasing the Mystery box. Scam!!!

Good customer service from Scarlett

Issue addressed and good service

I was already so hopeless after my conversation with one of your CS team but Emily from Escalations team still have a good heart to reach out to me regarding my issue for unaware subscription and request for cancellation. Emily did great communication regarding this matter.
