Beware falling prey to such websites.Placed an order and usually they dispatch within 48hrs as mentioned on their site.
Repeatedly sending them mails for an update but not received a single response till date.

I placed an order a month back and no response post that . Not a single mail has been responded to and no customer service contact number mentioned also . Absolutely disgusted , how long should I wait after making the payment

After seeing the other reviews on this site I decided to look for some of the products and found most of the same style if not the exact same products on A site called urban society it might be worth checking out

I placed an order for the Halloween mask on 9/29/18. It did not arrive before Halloween as promised. I contacted them to cancel my order without any response. The mask arrived 11/3/18 and was broken. I have contacted them MULTIPLE times without any response.

Ordered led mask and hoodie top in sept 2018. Goods were never arriving so emailed several times and got no response . Got generic email in nov apologist for delays but still no goods. Eventually got an email in December saying both goods had been despatched. . Mask arrived in December 3 months after it was ordered but no hoodie. Had sent several emails but no response!! Writing this in feb 2019 and have still not received hoodie or a refund. Absolute nightmare experience ... do not buy anything from this site ... you have been warned.

Scam. Ordered a Halloween mask. Didn't show up by Halloween so I sent two emails cancelling my order. It shows up the end of November and I sent it back right away. They have not refunded my money or responded to my emails. My bank won't give me the money back because they show proof of delivery. SCAM!

Can I give them negative stars? Absolute crap.. place an order in Sept for LED mask, several emails stating "thanks for patience" "its on its way" they even sent a FedEx number - awesome shipping label was created.. as of December still no mask... they got their money but I never got my mask, requested refund multiple times.. no response!! SCAM SCAM SCAM...

Ordered a Halloween mask from here a month before Halloween and it just arrived after Thanksgiving. (When ordered, it said it would arrive way before Halloween.) No way to contact them other than an email address which they don't respond to. Scam. I hope their business goes under - can't stand companies like this. Don't buy - I wouldn't even have gotten my item had I not filed a dispute to refund my payment through paypal!

On September 9th 2018 I purchased an LED mask for my son for Halloween (7 weeks away...) Paid via PayPal and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally a week before Halloween, I contacted the company asking about my product. NO RESPONSE. I sent daily emails via the PayPal link and directly from their site. No phone number was available. It is mid November and I have not received the mask nor the refund that I requested from Clothingscape. I told my son that we would never buy any product from this company again. As a 14 year old, he will have lots of choices of online retailers and this lesson though hard for him, will mean that Clothingscape has lost a customer for life. Next step is better business bureau.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst shopping experience ever. You cannot get in touch with "Customer Service". Good thing I paid with Paypal so that I can dispute the transaction.

Ordered an LED mask, jacket, and a hat about 2 weeks before Halloween. Thought if it came great if not then I’ve got something for next year. It’s now almost December and all I’ve gotten was an email saying we received your order and are preparing it. Really? You made sure to charge my card the day of purchase but you can’t get my products out in a timely manner? Should I ever get my products I may change this to at least a 3 star but no higher than that because going on 6 weeks and still no product when other reviews are saying they got their stuff in 14 days is a little B.S.

FOund them off of Instagram and I am loving all their clothes! I just bought some windbreakers last week, can’t wait

Pretty good. Got a 50% off deal in the Halloween time so I am pretty satisfied. Shipping could be faster but it still got here pretty fast

I was sent an email to review ClothingScape. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate it a 8. I say this because they are a small company so I know they have little staff, but they are trying to build up their brand which I can respect. All these one star ratings don’t understand how small of a brand this is and that there can be delayed shipments. People need to be patient. I got my Led Mask delivered to the UK in around 14 days. Not too bad at all.

It arrive to japan only 13 days.. I am satisfy

Tbh, was skeptical of buying from here due to the fact of a few one star reviews. My rose Windbreaker came in a few days ago and I’m in love with it. I don’t like online purchases but shipping was on time like they said. 9/10
