This company is a total scam!!! Ordered 3 items for Halloween on October 2 and have yet to receive anything. Have tried multiple times to reach them by email without success. DO NOT WASTE A PENNY OF YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!!!

THIS COMPANY SUCKS
I ordered my son a mask from ClothingScape on September 29th. Got my confirmation email. But thats it. On October 14 I stated making negative comments on there instagram posts. they got back to me real quick asking my order number. They responded back of the 16th saying they were looking into it. On the 19th I messaged them and asked for them to cancel my order and send me my money back. I kept sending them messages on instagram. On October 25th I went back to the original confirmation email and saw they had a fedex label printed on October 19th in Dayton, NJ. I went on fedex website to track that label it it was sitting in New Jersey. This package was sitting in New Jersey until October 27th when it was finally shipped out. On October 30th (i still haven’t got my mask yet) I asked them how to return it. Their response “one moment”.
So now it’s November 3rd and my mask FINALLY arrived in a bag, with no packing slip, no return address.
I again messaged them and said i needed to return it cause I dont want it anymore.
They responded “you don’t want it anymore” and a story of how their suppliers were late to deliver. I told them not my problem, and I want to return this mask because I needed it for halloween and want my money back. They responded that they were gonna get back to me before the end of the day. Fast forward 1 week. Im still waiting.

I ordered 2 masks for Halloween on September 30th and my card got charged the next day...it is now November 7th and still have not received any masks or emails...I have contacted the company twice through email and no response....Buyer Beware!! Do not buy feom this company...it is a complete scam!!
I wish i would have read the reviews before i attempted to purchase.

This company is a scam. I bought a mask at the beginning of October and sent them emails and never heard a word from them. Hopefully you are reading this before you completely waste your freaking money😒

Ordered LED-masks 10 weeks ago. No delivery. No response when contacting them. My two sons money GONE to their great disappointment. This is a SCAM-site.

I encourage all who suffered from this setup to contact both Shopify and Mastercard/VISA to make sure they cannot continue stealing money from people.

Clothingscape is SCAM! Please do not order from that site.I hope they get convicted of fraud soon because its exactly what they are doing !!!

Scam steall your money company is what yall are Tomorrow is Halloween thanks for the lies about shiping time should not take a month an half to send me what i already paid for just so u know as im sure this happend to many other people's kids but my kid will not be what he wanted to be this year for Halloween i should have just bought off a better site then yours wish i would've read all your good reviews just think what you guys would have if you didnt scam people ....returning customers lol ..but not you guys just a scam is all you are someone that doesn't want to work for your money but would rather steal hopefully you will learn your lesson someday

This website has to be a complete fraud. I will be disputing the charges they took for an LED mad that was ordered on October 3rd and still have not received along with never getting the tracking order that was promised. this was ordered as a birthday gift for my son and needless to say he is crushed that he never got it! F this place and do yourself a favor by NEVER BUYING FROM THEM!!!!

The only thing they do in a timely manner is process your payment! The day I ordered the item my credit card was charged. About 9 days later I emailed an inquiry asking if my order had shipped and got no response. Around day 14, I emailed again to express my frustration and to ask them to cancel the order since it is doubtful that we will receive it in time for Halloween. Now we are 18 days out and I still have not heard ANYTHING from the company beyond the confirmation of receiving my order. I have no use for a $25 mask after Halloween! Very frustrating company to work with. They shouldn't take more orders than they can fill!

Ordered a Halloween mask for my daughter October 7, was charged immediately and received an email informing me about 1-5 days fulfillment time and that tracking code would be sent within days after.
Two and a half weeks later there’s no update, no tracking code and no response to emails sent.
This feels like a fraud at best, stay away and don’t order from them.

i ordered a mask for my son on 10/4/18. they charged my card immediately and sent me a text verifying my order and stating an email with a tracking number would be sent out within 1-5 days. i have yet to receive a tracking number or any response to the 3 emails i have sent to them regarding my order. No phone number to contact anyone. i would not recommend ordering from this company!

ordered 4 masks for Halloween on Sept 28, 2018, charged my card immediately. Never got an order confirmation email but they did text me with a confirmation. I texted them back after a few weeks to get the tracking #. They responded immediately with a tracking #. However today is Oct 23, 2018 and it is the first day the tracking # has ever registered at fed ex. Fed Ex info does not show my ship to address. So I called Fed Ex and the lady said the package is addressed to completely different person and address in another state and to contact the seller. She cannot help me. The seller has no phone # and will not respond to my texts/emails. I have filed a dispute with the bank. This is a scam! Do not purchase. My kids are super disappointed and its too late now to get similar masks ordered off eBay.

Ordered mask Oct 9th. Never received a confirmation email or tracking number but they did charge my card immediately. No contact info on the website to call them. Disputing the charge with credit card company.

I've ordered masks 5_6 weeks ago.. nothing. Won't respond to emails...took my money and ran.. do not order from these scammers
