So i had to pay for shipping to return a item that i never wore and tried to say i left stains on back of shorts looked like period stauns and i dont have those i couldn't get them over my butt so i removed them, packaged and had to pay for shipping, go to ups store which dont give you receipts for their items, it was too far anywhere else plus i have health issues can barely walk

I got my order yesterday and I am very happy! I was anxious after I placed my order since I am a first time customer. I was worried about how everything would fit and worried that I might not receive what I paid for. Since COVID-19, there is a LOT of scamming going on with online retailers. However, I am glad that there are affordable and reliable places to shop like ClothingUnder10. Everything that I ordered arrived in a timely fashion in one package, looked fresh and brand new, and nothing was damaged! Due to COVID-19, the shipping was probably not as fast as it could be, but I just remained patient and very pleased that they use UPS/USPS to ship packages.

I'm short and curvy, I work out, but my weight tends to fluctuate a bit. I will never have a flat tummy, so I have accepted that and just do the best I can to maintain my weight. I ordered size large in everything and the clothes fit well. When you have body fat of any kind, clothes that are too tight will not look well. I am glad that ClothingUnder10 had an accurate size chart available on their site. I am very thankful for this company. I cannot afford expensive clothes and not ashamed to say that. I am glad that I have a place to shop online where I can get affordable items that are stylish and incredibly cute :)! XOXO

I placed an order for about $65 never received the package. They refuse to give me refund. Poor customer service phone doesn’t work. unless you lucky enough to get a respond back by email them.

I love this store. i will make this store #1 on my on line shopping list I will tell my girls about this store.

just received items and i am extremely pleased with the pants i have received...the models on this site are not thin!! but i am! because this is a junior fashion site i always order large. ,,,the quality and the look of the items is as good as any other place i have shopped...have told many friends and family members about this site...if you are thin and not above size 10..this is a great site to shop at!

I am a real customer. I have NEVER had an issue with this company. I have done ALL of my back to work shopping at this site. It's sad to see how many customers were dissatified. All I can say is shop wisely, select your true size and enjoy looking fabulous 😊

I bought a bunch of items from them. My first and second time ordering, my orders arrived and the quality were okay for the most part. Once the pants were so short, I think they were made for little people.

The last (third) time I ordered, my order never arrived. Wasted over $100. I emailed them and they never responded. Come to find out they changed their name to ClothingUnder10.com (from 10DollarMall.com).

When I emailed them to ask them what happened, they did not respond.

Shameful!

I'd save my money and not bother with this company.

Just received my package today,got everything I ordered,very nice,good quality. I'll definitely be ordering again from this site in the near future :).

Can someone help me, I was trying to log in to my account a few days ago but it wouldn't let me. I even tried to send a email to myself to reset my password, but it didn't work. I did a new account with the same email and info, but I'm really worry about my other account what happen to it

I have personally ordered from this website and loved everything I received so I decided to order from them again. This last time I was missing 2 items of clothing of the 6 I had ordered. When I emailed the customer service they just asked for my invoice which I sent them a picture of. They asked if the package was open (which it was not). They proceed to say "Okay, on the invoice you will see that on top it has a pull by and picked by and right below you will see the number of items picked and packed. There were a total of 6 items shipped on this package. Please check again, hopefully you will find the items, as we did ship out 6 items on your order." I can clearly see what the paper said but everyone is human and someone could have clearly made a mistake. Yes it was just $20, but I work hard for my money and do not appreciate a company acting as if I was just trying to get free clothes/money from them. I would advice against shopping from here. Try elsewhere where you won't get treated like a liar when all you want is the product you paid for.

I ordered 4 pairs of jeans & 1 top, I was a little nervous about sizing especially when ordering online! Everything fits so good I feel like a bombshell! Also, I have recived everything I ordered in 3 DAYS of placing my order! (Which I only paid for standard shipping which is 5-10 business days) Everything fits amazing & looks so good! They also called me after I put my order in to verify my information to make sure it wasn't fraudulent! I absolutely love shopping here & I will continue to shop here!

I had been looking for affordable workout pants for a long time and then I came across this page. Workout leggings for $10!? Thought it'd be a scam website. I was wrong. I took a chance and ordered two pairs of leggings. Got them in about a week and they're comfy and exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommending this site to everyone I know!

I ordered about $100 worth of clothing on a Wednesday, a week and a half went by so I felt inclined to send them an email asking why my order was still pending... They told me that I needed to submit a document proving that I wasn't fraudulent (after I already paid for the order). I asked for them to send me the document in which they replied by canceling my order. It was supposed to be a gift for my girlfriend. I'm not usually one to post reviews but I got particularly screwed by this BS company so I hope you don't give them the benefit of the doubt like I did. Their poor ratings are for a purpose. Find somewhere else to buy clothes.

I made my order July 4th last week Monday its now a one week and my order hasn't been shipped as yet and I need it cause I'm going on vacation next week. I have tried calling them there is no one available to answer my calls no and I tried like 5 times sheesh for a clothing online website yall have a lot of cons yall need to fix up otherwise no one will want to order with them. Btw I live in the Caribbean and I'm seeing a review where somene got theirs on time and watch me checking my emails to see if it went through. clothing under 10 this is the last time I will do business with you cause yall services are just frustrating and irritating. yes the clothing is nice but it would be even nicer if my order was shipped and I'm still waiting on someone to answer my calls to know whats happening.. Being a single parent,I was able to purchase myself some affordable summer clothes. I received my package today,and everything is so cute! Everything goes lovely with my various colors of sandals.

Please dont waste your money. Placed an order on may 27 and its June 30th and still have not yet recieved my order. Only to go to my account and see that there is a store credit for $19.96. I emailed the store telling them that I don't need store credit for I don't plan on shopping with them anymore and no one respond. Customer service is bad. The phone number on their website does not work. I wont recommend this store. Save your money and escape the headache. I need FULL REFUND on both orders. So disappointed!

Got my package after 10 days, none of the clothes had any tags, some of them looked like used clothes. Waste of time and money.
