I'm using GeforceNow Australia and the worst disaster. servers always down, when not down, the games wont load. I have been using it for 2 months so i could decide whether get a gaming PC or keep using Geforce but unfortunately, they will not decide when I pay or I don't. been reading around and it looks like lot more others have same issues so not sure how they are running the business. if you can, avoid it at all costs

1/5 Stars - Poor Performance Despite Excellent Internet and Inflexible Customer Service

I'll keep this brief since $40 isn't going to break the bank, but others should know what they're getting into with Cloud.gg.

Signed up for their monthly gaming service (partnered with Nvidia GeForce Now) and immediately ran into severe lag issues, particularly in Creative mode. This is especially frustrating since I have a 1Gbps download connection - internet speed is definitely not the issue here. Spent nearly an hour troubleshooting on my end anyway - checking connection stability, adjusting settings, restarting the service - nothing worked. The lag made the service essentially unusable for any meaningful gaming.
Canceled my subscription within two hours of purchase after less than an hour of actual (frustrating) gameplay. Submitted a polite refund request explaining the technical issues and short usage time. Their response? A rigid "no refunds" policy with zero consideration for the fact that their service simply didn't work as advertised.

When someone with gigabit internet can't use your cloud gaming service due to lag, that's a problem on your end, not theirs. But Cloud.gg would rather keep $40 from a dissatisfied customer who used their broken service for under an hour than acknowledge their technical issues.

There are other cloud gaming services out there that actually work with high-speed connections and have reasonable customer service. Save yourself the headache and try those instead. Cloud.gg clearly prioritizes collecting money over providing a working product or treating customers fairly.

Not recommended.
