Deceptive, Not Free, Worst Sound Remastering
Deceptive, avoid at all cost, bait and hook, your free upload is not free, you have to pay.
Remastering: worst I ever heard, the original sounds better than the remaster.
SCAMERS!

Terrible terrible customer support
Terrible terrible customer support. It's been a month that I try to get a reply. They ignore all their customers. The worst part is that they have an integrated chat on their website and you see that they are available to reply and they still don't. It also takes HOURS to master AND it doesn't support mastering an audio over 60 min. It ends up crashing. WILL NEVER AGAIN USE THEIR SERVICES. LANDR ALL THE WAY

Awful. Regret is all that I feel.
Awful customer support (wait for days for a response only to be fobbed off) and I have waited literally 8hrs for the stupid mastering AI to even finish a demo of my track. Useless and i regret enormously switching from Landr.

Cloudbounce does not do the job
Cloudbounce proposes a mastering service 24/7, but actually they can not provide this to everybody, you have to wait for countless hours and sometimes days.
rubbish.
EDIT/UPDATE : With the application these issues has completely disappeared. Well done, Soundcloud

Maybe good for hip hop & edm, but not dynamic rock
Been using eMastered for a while with mostly decent results and some disappointments too. Now trying to learn how to do it myself and have achieved something closer to what I want to hear than eMastered could ever do. But, I like the idea of an automated service to use in a pinch or as a backup option. Seeing the CloudBounce lifetime deal got my attention of course.
So I fed it the most challenging (mix-wise) song on my recent album, the one 'problem child' mix of the bunch. It's a dynamic rock track with a mellow acoustic shuffle verse and a banging rocking chorus. A fairly tricky type of song to master, in my experience. (And yes, my mixes are of a respectable quality. I'm not feeding it trash.) Set it on 'default'.
CloudBounce results:
At first, I was really liking the eq job it did. Sounding smooth and full, nice clean high end without harshness. But the compression - It made the track breathe way too much. I could see that same compression at a fraction of the intensity, but this is just a bit ridiculous. Sure eMastered has done the same, but never to this degree. And then the chorus - instead of being loud as it was originally mixed, it had been turned way down and sounding funny next to the verse.
Thought I'd try the 'rock/pop' setting to see if maybe this would improve the end result. Decided to type this comment while I waited. I'll still waiting on it to master the file.
My conclusion is that this service may work for people who are producing more beat oriented music that wants some pumping effect like hip hop or edm, but it's just not working with dynamic rock music. It's similar to eMastered in some ways, but it was more extreme in the changes it made to my mix, to the point of having entered the 'doing harm' category. I heard the first rule of mastering is 'do no harm', and I think that probably requires the human touch.
Not trying to knock it, because I think it would work well for many people. Just depends on what you need. I wrote this because I thought it would help some people who want some real user feedback. But don't take my word for it. Go try it out for yourself! It may be just the thing you need.
2 stars because it was not an 'average' result (3 stars), it was below average. Not 1 star because I was liking the eq before the compression became obvious.

Horrible wait times to process a file
Horrible wait times to process a file! Customer service wait times are sometimes days!! Some weekends, their site is completely down! Seems like CloudBounce might be a grab your money and OH WELL type of company since they have not resolved any of the issues!

Not too bad, but...
Many of the mastered mixes are not bad, but being a paid subscriber, I sometimes wait a very long time for processing and download. Today, for instance, I have been waiting over 90 minutes to complete a mastering process - and I am still waiting. When I first subscribed several months ago, the wait times were a matter of a few minutes. Now the wait times are really is ridiculous.
They have obviously over-sold their subscriptions, and are either unable or unwilling to upgrade or expand their processing capabilities to meet the demands of their ever-increasing subscriber base.
I will not renew my subscription - at any price - for this kind of sub-standard service. The ever-increasing wait times are a gross inconvenience.

best buy you’ll ever make
best buy you’ll ever make. their AI is superior to any other AI mixer online. their deals are spectacular, too. like them on FB and lookout for 67% off (what i got) coupons.
i’m also a professional musician and although i use my own mastering chains, my final mixes would not be the same without these guys.

Promised a free trial mastering with…
Promised a free trial mastering with using a promo code, well it did not work. And CD Baby did not resolve the issue. A master did not get a boosted volume level to the industry standards at all. The mastered file blocked further editing/mixing of that particular song to the point that I had to rename the file and partially re-paste it, (felt like my music was hijacked). If a master not final, do not use CloudBounce at all.

You get what you pay for....
Got the service "on special" and things were fine for the first day or two, but later in the week the site would have problems uploading tracks, and I would get a message stating that it was "...others before me...in the queue", which would persist for days. The next issue was the inability to edit/publish/delete a particular track. I contacted support, but no response for a couple of days, and after I reached out again, they responded saying that they would have to research--almost 2 weeks and still no follow-up. In a nutshell, you get what you pay for. If you really want/need this kind of service then shop elsewhere. This is not the one you want to go with.

System breakdown, not really good result and annoying links during the working process
My first experiences with CloudBounce are not positive, Started out with not being able to master at all, according ClodBounce due to a overloaded server. Luckily I got fast response from the support when I contacted them after first waiting in vain 40 minutes for a "Immediate" master. Almost 24 hours later, when I was back in the studio the CloudBounce server was up and running I started uploading some tracks that I already had various masters of. (By a recognized mastering studio and Landr).
I used the default setting. I am sorry to say that the result was a big disappointment, the master just did not sound good, the other masters I already had sounded so much better and so did the original mix. After a try to tweak the CloudBounce master using the alternatives I was somewhat happy. But not very impressed.
Finally, since I am paying for the service, using the one year option, I am not very happy with all the links and banners trying to redirect me to Abbey Road Mastering. I get the point, it is a nice option, but seriously? One link should be enough.
Having said all this I still hope to be able to use the service for the rest of my subscription period, hopefully I will be able to tweak the masters to a level where I will be satisfied.

I am totally unsatisfied of…
I am totally unsatisfied of cloudbounce results.
I have tried it with two songs.
With the first one i chose one of their presets and for the second song i let their algorithm decide what to do with the song.
The results were bad because i needed the first track to sound more opened and punchier and instead i received just a louder track with just too little amount of openess .
The second track needed to sound warmer and "analogish" but i received again just a louder track with a bit of eq in the mids but sounded no way better than i could do it at my bedroom
So i will not make this mistake againg.
This is an art form and it depends of the analytical and ears of a sound engineer.
I have tried themixbros.com and cata546 user on Fiverr and was like if they turn the light on on my songs
