Rather use Bunny.net

My hosting provider changed the IP address and I missed it. When I wanted to update my Cloudflare DNS I got stopped by a 2FA but I can not get the token becuase my email is also running through Cloudflare.

Cloudflare support is the worst out of all CDNs on the market. Note I have a Pro Plan.

I suggest you choose Bunny.net as they are faster, easier and cheaper than Cloudflare!

Blocked our r2 bucket suddenly

Blocked our r2 bucket becuase of outstanding payment of 0.72$ and didn't even notify us about it.

Then they don't give you the option just to pay, nothing working on their billing, and you are blocked for 24 hours.

I don't recommend using them too much

Cloudflare DNS is fast

Cloudflare DNS is fast, stable, and makes managing multiple domains way less annoying, aside from the very rare occasional outage

Startup program lie

Startup program lie is just a marketing tactic. I applied for my company, but they denied me the program, claiming it wasn't software related. I hope all their servers go down soon.

FRAUD

Cloudflare is repeatedly providing cover for a coordinated network of fraudulent “online casino” websites that operate through burner domains, SMS spam, fake winnings and multiple redirect chains. I have supplied extensive evidence showing how these domains use Cloudflare’s infrastructure to hide their true hosting, yet Cloudflare has taken no visible action to stop them.

This lack of accountability enables scammers to continue targeting vulnerable people. The abuse is obvious, the evidence is overwhelming, and Cloudflare’s silence is deeply irresponsible for a company of this size.

If you care about internet safety, be aware: Cloudflare does not appear to act even when clear criminal activity is reported to them.

Very effective, even with the free plan!

My WordPress site has been the victim of regular botnet attacks for several weeks. I tried to block them via my htaccess and increasingly heavy rules. In the end, the attacks continued and more and more visitors found themselves blocked. Then I installed Cloudflare, set up a few rules, and observed how it handled everything for a few days. Even with the free version, the results were spectacular. Before, I had daily spikes in CPU/RAM resource consumption on my Greengeeks shared server, and now there are just a few spikes not exceeding 30%... really impressive.

No way to contact support

No way to get support as a free member, confusing website and menus, blank sub pages, no way to delete account, obsolete documentation.

Cloudflare together with the Criptointercambio exchange?

I have written several complaints to Cloudflare (complaints #20265640, #19508978) asking them to take action against the fraudulent activities of the crypto exchange Criptointercambio, which uses Cloudflare for its fraudulent activities.
Here is a summary of my complaints, and I will add more later. Perhaps Cloudflare will respond in some way:

The exchange criptointercambio.com is using your services for fraudulent activities and scams.

This domain operates a cryptocurrency exchange service that uses deceptive practices. The specifics of my case are as follows:

On April 24, 2025, I transferred 3.08 ETH to their service for exchange, and the funds were blocked.

After I provided all the requested personal documents for KYC verification, they paused the process.

After a 3-month delay, the service offered to return only part of the funds (1.13 ETH), withholding $5,500 without any justification or explanation. At first, I refused to accept this deduction, but then I regretted it.

All subsequent attempts to resolve this issue and get a full refund were ignored. The service only provides automated template responses.
Now I agree to at least a partial refund, but the exchange is probably “offended” because it doesn't want to return anything!

I ask Cloudflare to block the domain criptointercambio.com if they do not give a reasonable answer or start answering questions!

Cloudflare has been extremely…

Cloudflare has been extremely disappointing. My legitimate business website nethostinger.com, owned by NetHostinger LLC, was suddenly flagged for phishing under Report ID: 2fd9a69876a80b69, without any proper verification or investigation. Cloudflare immediately restricted access to my domain, harming my business and reputation.

The entire process is automated, slow, and offers no real support unless you pay for an expensive plan. There is no clear explanation, no way to speak to a human, and the abuse system feels completely one-sided. As a legally registered U.S. company, I expected a fair review, not an automatic block that disrupts my operations.

Cloudflare seriously needs to improve transparency, customer support, and how they handle false abuse reports. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Very dissatisfied with their service.

Too big to care

Another company that thinks it's big enough to do whatever it wants, because it's too big to suffer from being lazy. They will happily protect a fraudulent phishing website and ignore any reports through appropriate channels to get it removed. The company doesn't care, and the minimum wage support team doesn't care. Terrible company that somehow managed to grab the entire internet by the balls. The industrial revolution and it's never-ending consequences.

Horrible

Horrible, I lasted a few hours before I deleted my account. Unusable for newbies, I got stuck in a state where my account was never properly initialized, I couldn't add any static Pages - that product was never installed for my account. The few hours I wasted was super annoying. I hate cloudflare.
